Rob from RC's Stump Grinding ANSWERED the phone on my first call. We chatted and I sent a quick cellphone picture to him. He said he would run by that evening to get a personal look and make sure the area was accessible for his equipment. We agreed on a price for the work and scheduled it a couple days later, since rain was pending. Rob stayed in touch with text messages and showed up on the first planned morning.
