The crew that did the job were awesome. They were quick, tidy, and POLITE. Our roof was over 30 years old & definitely needed replacing. They removed the old roof, put up the new roof on our home, our shed, and even our dog house! In one day! We are thrilled with the result! Would highly recommend. My husband ran into one of the owners of AMI yesterday, and he told my husband that their roofing crew have been with them for years, and they are "like family". During installation, the workers disconnected then never reconnected my gas water heater venting, so I had gas fumes build up overnight before I noticed. The workers were also so rough that lighting plates shattered in my home. I was told the job was complete, only to find out my guttering had not been reinstalle. The company did not mention that, and only when I called them said it would take 1 week for them to get back out and reinstall those. Instead of admitting the mistake, the manager tried to mansplain and make it seem I was being a hysterical woman. Nope. I just wanted what I was paying for. Avoid RCV if you want honest service.

This is not an exaggeration, there were two companies that quoted me 24 and 26 thousand more than my total cost and they were not doing gutters or fixing ventilation issues. And they did a great job on the roof itself which was more complex than the size of my house would make you suspect due to lots of ridges and valleys.
