I stumbled upon Stewart's Packaging while on the hunt for some euro shopping totes for an event I…read morehave coming up very soon. I was determined to NOT have to head out to Harwin and ordering them online was not an option solely due to time constraints. My usual vendor couldn't get them to me in time... I emailed the company the night prior to confirm the availability of what I needed and received a very quick response to my inquiry early the next morning! I made the trek to their warehouse and picked up what was needed and went on my way! The staff - every single one of them - were super courteous, extremely professional, and very accommodating! I'll definitely make them my go-to, especially on short notice! They may even shove my Cali vendor out the door! ;-) The prices aren't unreasonable and the bags seem to be pretty well made. I purchased the matte versions of what I needed - a case of 100 was $86 for a 16" euro bag. Oh - and the tissue paper was reasonably priced also. For 480 sheets, it was $27! From retail to restaurant supplies - they definitely have a vast assortment. If you need it, chances are - they'll have it! The only con I have is the location. It's in Canino's Farmer's Market. Getting to it for the first time was a bit confusing since it's actually next door to the market entrance (it's in the very back of the delivery side) but now that I know where it's at - no problems. A great experience nonetheless!

(Sorry, but they didn't tell me that when I ordered and that's why I didn't give them 5 stars.) Our $60 item came this morning, delivered efficiently and with a friendly smile. Orders over $300 are free, but the reasonable $7 delivery charge was acceptable as it was a heavy 1000' roll of paper. Seems that this family-owned company is pretty employee-friendly. It's run by a second generation daughter who treats employees well. You get an extra paid day for taking your birthday off and they pay you $50 for every vacation day you didn't take that year. Who does that?!!?

Great selection of cute gifts for brides , religious themed items and gifts for men who may already have everything. A few sale items . Expect to pay full price but definitely worth a browse. The moment we walked in, the staff began following us around like we were about to steal something... It wasn't subtle, and it definitely wasn't welcoming. We came specifically to shop for Jellycats. While my daughter was picking one out, my 2 year old accidentally knocked over a $15 trinket that was placed right next to the toys. It broke. I immediately apologized and offered to pay for the accident, but the old woman maybe manager/owner just turned her back and walked off without saying a word. No professionalism, no acknowledgment. Still, we made a purchase, about $50 for Jellycat and a small toy. The store tries hard to give off an upscale, curated vibe, but the service is pure snooty attitude and fake class. We're in town from Rockwall, Texas the smallest and wealthiest county in the state, about 20 minutes from Dallas, fortunately we don't need to steal outdated trinkets. The fake-classy attitude here is laughable. snooty staff, zero warmth, and absolutely no sense of how to treat customers. If you're expecting grace, charm, or even basic decency, keep looking.

Honestly, after what we just went through with this company all I have to say is STAY AWAY!!! We…read morefelt so bad for our amazing contractor as it was one thing after another between the cabinets and the quartz. First cabinet delivery all the door fronts were wrong, he received two left sided pantry cabinets and numerous damaged/defective cabinets (bubbling paint, cracked frames) Four days later just the new doors come (so our contractors workers have to remove all the old doors and replace the new doors which added another day) and still no replacement cabinets of the damaged ones for three more days. Replacement cabinets finally come and one is still damaged. (This one doesn't come for another two days) It was one thing after another with them. The cabinets alone held up the whole project for over a week and caused so much extra work for his workers. Onto the quartz installation.... The day of installation they were supposed to be at our home at 11:00. They pushed it to 12:30, then 2:00, then 2:30. They then asked to reschedule for the next day and our contractor said absolutely not... show up today and nobody leaves until its done. (We had no sinks in the house to use for two days at this point) They agreed and said we have five guys to get this done quick. They showed up at 4:15 pm and were there until 9:30 pm with 4 guys working in the dark and left all razor blades in the street that we picked up in the morning so a child wouldn't pick them up. They also damaged THREE cabinets when putting it in!! So now we had to replace another door front and try to fix two cabinets or the whole run of cabinets would need to be taken down to replace the damaged ones (holding up the project once again). Our contractor was able to fix the two the best he could and did a very good job. We do a couple warped cabinets and are hoping they settle in with use as adjustments didn't help.Once they were done our contractor had major words withe Bobby the owner and Bobby stated they've had some issues recently and he would make it up to him on the next job and our contractor made it clear there will not be a next job!!!

My wife and I paid $1400 cash for a quartzite slab in January. About one week into our kitchen…read moreremodel and one week before we intended to pick up the material, GME called us to inform us they had no record of our purchase of the material. Through a series of emails and phone call communications, the owner of GME - Wei Tian- acknowledged that my wife and I paid for the material and that his employee had stolen the money. He claimed that since his employee acting on behalf of his company did not process the transaction and took the money, that he was not liable for my losses. Through many emails and phone calls, Mr. Tian stated he would not provide a full refund, nor would he honor the purchase that was made in January. Due to being pressed for time, we agreed to purchase the stone again for $1200 as Mr. Tian discounted $200 because of our persistence. Mr. Tian claims the stone should have cost $2800 and gave us a $1400 'discount' the second time due to our troubles. However, he would not reimburse us our original $1400. We would not have purchased this stone if it were $2800. I have bank statements showing the cash withdraw from my bank. I have a SALES ORDER that states the employee received the cash at the time of the original purchase. I did not at the time notice it was a sales order and not a sales receipt. I only noticed it stated the cash was received. In the time since this has occurred, Mr. Tian admits he fired his employee because she was stealing on several occasions. I have offered to assist Mr. Tian in any way in any legal action towards his former employee. Mr. Tian will not take any action against his former employee and has asked that I not pursue that matter any further.
