I kept getting the runaround from the one employee who speaks English, and communication overall was a mess. Another staff member was supposedly available at times, but every single time I showed up, she "wasn't there" or suddenly couldn't take me. What's even worse is that I drove there FIVE separate times after calling ahead and being told I had an appointment--only to arrive and be told no one could see me. Who runs a business like this? It's a complete waste of time and honestly feels disrespectful. The staff was disorganized, dismissive, and at times just plain rude. There is clearly no real scheduling system, no accountability, and no regard for customers. This place feels shady and unreliable, and I will absolutely never be back. I have chronic neck and back pain so my doctor recommended monthly deep-tissue massages to help ease the pain. I found Deborah though my neighborhood association's website. Her office is in Oakhurst, walking distance to me! I decided to give her a call. I cannot tell you how happy I am to have found her. She is amazing. So far, she is the only person who has been able to find the exact spot in my back that pains me on a daily basis. She knows how to release the pain and always uses the right amount of pressure (I like it really deep!). Deborah seriously knows her stuff. Also, because she is a one-woman show, she gets to know you on a personal level and remembers your issues. I've been to places where I feel like just another random client.
