Marcia, in particular, does absolute magic with her hands -- her work is the main reason I keep coming back. That said, the scheduling has been a consistent source of frustration. On multiple occasions, I've been contacted last minute and asked to shift my appointment earlier or later after I'd already coordinated time off work. Other times, I've shown up only to find that my appointment had "fallen off the books" or been scheduled over entirely. Today was unfortunately another example. I had a 2:00 PM appointment, arrived 15 minutes early after taking off work and driving 1.5 hours across Atlanta, only to be told, "I'm sorry, I don't see you on the schedule." Normally I'd give the benefit of the doubt and assume user error on my end, but this has become a pattern rather than a one-off. While everyone is super friendly, the front desk feels overwhelmed and disorganized, and it directly impacts the customer experience. There's a lot of potential here, and the actual services are great -- I just wish the scheduling side matched the quality of the care.
