His daughter Susan joined him, and continues there to this day. She mentored Gina Kiwall, who now runs the business. My husband was unable to use their services for several years before his death in 2019. Susan has kept me honest all this time and does my annual taxes. I wish I had something more exciting for her. Also, when calling an upset customer, the first thing you say shouldn't be "you made a typo in your email." There is no way I'll ever do business here ever. Buyer beware.

He was abrasive on the phone, and stated their consultation fee was $400 for half an hour. He kept speaking over me and complained. All poor service. Suggest they start by improving their website and not yelling at people over the phone. Don't recommend this firm.
