All-Lines shouldn't sell insurance from Safeco or Libery Mutual. we made a claim for a covered event in May 2021. Safeco has lied to us and still hasn't paid our claim. Safeco offered to pay $1200 out of a $13,000 claim. They told us they paid the shop when they were actually denying 90% of the claim. They angered the people at the paint shop and as a result the paint shop to refuse to do the work. All Lines can't/won't help but if people are paying the premiums the claims should be paid. The RV repair shop wouldn't talk to us because Safeco wasn't going to pay., so they badgered and alienated two different shops. It doesn't matter how nice people are when you are buying insurance; what matters is how things are handled when you need to make a claim.

Despite their claim that the inspector phoned 3 times to make an appointment, we have no record that he did so. Nor did we receive any warning notice before the arrival of the notice of nonrenewal. When spoken with on the phone, they simply restated their claim that the inspector had reached out even though we can find no evidence that he did either by voicemail, text, email, or regular mail.

When it came time for renewal this year I got an email asking us to call and discuss the renewal. We did call and were told it had renewed. No email stating how much it. No communication. That's 2. I called my State Fam guy and asked him to quote. It came in 200.00 less. North Town couldn't tell me where the payment was pulled from and I couldn't locate in my bank account. That's 3 Today after I sent an email and called, they were able to tell me where it came from. Then they said a check would be mailed.
