And they kept lying to me when I kept trying to get information on what to do and how to get my vehicle. They started hassling me telling me that they're not trying to steal my truck, they never told me that the amount would keep increasing each day, and when I tried to tell her that they never told me it would be increasing each day , they started yelled at me telling me that I needed to listen to them.they were treating me like an idiot. They told me over the phone , then I shouldn't have gotten my truck stolen,they were acting like I called a criminal to come take my truck. So I couldl have this problem with super bodies. I'm am a disability man. I broke my back 2013. I got that truck brand new for $71,000 after I got a settlement from my accident. One of the things I cherished, it was a lifted truck. They know that truck is worth thousands upon thousands of dollars. By parting it out they would be making so much money. I have a topper that's an electrical remote opener and closed lock for the back of my truck which is worth 4,000 just for that . Just my tires alone are $1500, barely 8000 miles on them.\n And the engine only has 97000 miles, and it's a 5.3 L. R. AAA finally allowed my mom to clear the hurdles to have a tow truck assigned to pick us up--- but we got very lucky with Jason. Not only did he welcome our two meows along with us as ride alongs, he practically lifted my chubby self in and out of the high-set truck. (I popped my floating vertebrae a few days ago getting boxes down the stairs to the car.) We got him again today for the tow to service. He was sweet as pie again. I had to tell them how to diagnose the vehicle, and I'm not a mechanic! They have a car lift and a welder, otherwise I would've done the repairs myself. They are charging twice as much for parts. I could've ordered the parts from the auto parts store for half the price!!!! And that's at full retail!!! I fully intend to file a complaint with the AG concerning the unauthorized repairs.

He was ready and available to meet me at my destination within 30 minutes, I was the one that had to set the appointment for later in the day, we set the appointment for 3 pm. The most on time tow company I have ever worked with, showed up at 3 on the dot! The car was in a garage with a flat tire, he aired the tire up for me and helped push it out the garage! He made sure to take extra care of the driveway, car and all on both pick up and drop off of the car. The entire drive to the destination you could see him continually checking the car to make sure everything was correct and wouldn't damage the car.
