We were also having some issues with the interior of the trailer and didn't realize that our warranty had expired. Josh, the owner, worked with us and was more than fair with the price he gave me with the trade-in! We were allowed to look at all the trailers that they had on the lot without any kind of pressure from a salesperson. We found the perfect trailer that we were looking for! It was late in the day on a Friday, we live 5 hours away from the dealership, so we decided to stay overnight . Josh approved for his guys to come in for overtime on Saturday to get the trailer ready for us. By the next morning the paperwork was ready and they had the trailer in the shop cleaning it and making sure it was ready to go. While we waited they put some nice mudflaps on my truck! From the owner, to the salespeople, ladies in the office, and the mechanics in the shop, we were treated fairly and professionally. We are very happy with our new trailer ! If and when we decide we want another trailer, or we win the lottery, we will go back and do business with them again. Worth the drive!
