The owner talked down to my fiancé, then proceeded to talk down to me. She ended up charging us for something that was never itemized on the receipt, because "That's how business works". Found this location does next day service (some same day service as well), and headed that way. Came in and I won't lie, there's so many clothes everywhere you would think it's cluttered, but no, just their organized chaos. I was greeted warmly when I came in, and was told they will have my 4 items taken care of by 5pm the next day (Took it in Thursday). And the icing on the cake, the total was fairly reasonable for next day service. I have tried another spot with the same 4 items, and not even a rush job, and that total was $25 more than what I paid yesterday. Kudos and I will definitely make the drive up there again when I have dry cleaning and/or alteration needs.
