Do NOT go here. If you're doing a CIF turn in you might as well go through CIF and let them charge you. I went in for a couple items and she overcharged and taxed waaaayyy more then they charge at CIF. And I didn't check the price list until after I purchased. Within a min after purchasing BEFORE I left the store. Of course she says I can't get a refund and all sales agreed final. So this is a WARNING for all the Soldiers getting taken advantage of. Very rude and unhelpful Korean ladies. I went in today to see if they had a sleep system but it was for a friend that wasn't able to go herself at the time. One of the ladies proceeded to try and help me and offered to give a discount on the original price (which wasn't mentioned) UNTIL I mentioned I wasn't purchasing it at the moment just looking for a quote. It was like night and day she instantly stopped trying to help me or answer my questions. I only asked how much for a simple ACU full sleep system and she walked away and said "If your friend needs, your friend come when she can!". One of the older ladies saw I was becoming livid and she nicely said we have many different combinations and can range $100-$350. As someone who issued the same stuff for about 10yrs, more than $150 is a rip off for the sleep system. Especially since other places around will sell it for $40-100 if they have it on hand. Just go to your supply person and pay less with the 10% depreciation the Army offers and get reissued a brand new one. read more

Do not go to this place! Terribly over priced, really almost no one there speaks English. Told me I could return something and when I walked in on the same day she said I couldn't return it. I wanted to build a shelf for my sons room using ammo cans so, i sent my husband on a mission to find a place to buy some in good shape. He came home and told me about this store, but said the owner was so rude, she followed him around and asked if he planned on buying anything and he felt very uncomfortable. I thought he was exaggerating so we went as a family to look at the cans (height, handle location etc). Walked into this store and was accosted by 4 small dogs who barked, nipped and barely let us in. We stepped over dog pee on the floor and headed towards the ammo cans. As soon as we walked in, the owner recognized my husband and said "oh, you're back... you going to buy this time?" He looked at me as if to say "see, told you so". I was shocked, but I'm redoing my sons bedroom in Army theme and actually saw lots of items i could have used in my design. She had lots of ammo cans in different sizes so i asked the price on a few different heights and she was clearly annoyed but told me the prices. I saw a helmet that would have made a cool lamp and on my way over to look at it the lady actually said "you buy or leave". I wasn't sure i had heard her correctly at first but, as my brain processed it, i told my husband "let's go, I'm not giving this lady my money" and we left! We will not be back. Drove a mile down the road to Star Military Surplus and got ammo cans and a cool footlocker! We chatted with the owner and employees and they gave my kids each a patch! Complete 180 difference! Hands down the best Army surplus in town... I owed over $1200 in CIF turn in and went to every store in town. I had some discrepancies with NSNs with the store items versus my clothing record and these were expensive items $300 plus... The owner Chongson Pyo told me I could bring the items back if CIF would not take them (same day). No one else in town would do this... additionally, they had the best inventory of items of all the stores I went to. I wish I had gone to them first. Very happy! Saved me about $350!!! My husband and I came here looking for a few CIF items. Upon entering, we were greeted by 4 small dogs. Not a huge deal. It's difficult to shop as everything is just thrown around. We grabbed two PT belts ($8/belt) and as we were checking out I watched one of the dogs climb into one of the bins directly behind the registers and poop. If you do shop here..please wash your things well before using them. We will not be back here. read more

NEVER GO HERE! My husband is getting deployed in a few days and he needed to get just helmet head pads and a him strap and a duffle bag. We had a friend with us who also needed a duffle bag and she said the bag is 38 dollars. She told him he can return it if needed. We get to the cash register and our total for the three simple items was 109! Stupidly I just handed her the money and got to the car and then turned around and walked back in to the store to atleast return the chin strap. She says " no returns" and pointed at the sign. I said "you just told the guy that's with us he could" and she said "only if I tell you you can return" after a short argument I told her we won't be back and none of our friends will either. And I left. It makes me so mad people can not give a shit about military families and refuse to give them the best price possible.
