I wished to surprise my wife with a new Toto Washlet and a NexusOne-Piece Elongated toilet for each bathroom. I worked with Chelsea Collins at the Ferguson Home Store in Clarksville. Chelsea was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very professional. She answered all my questions. She gave me all the specification sheets so I could contact the electrician and the plumber for the job. Right before the purchase, I took my wife to look at the different Toto toilets. One of the toilets was not what she wanted, and with Chelsea's help, my wife ended up choosing the ones that best suited the rooms. What a great find and an excellent price on a very expensive refrigerator. We will always in the future prefer FERGUSON's over the big box stores for appliances, plumbing, and lighting fixtures. They have a beautiful store on Dunbar Cave Rd here in Clarksville. Their sales associates are professional and knowledgeable. Service after the sale was also helpful when we had an issue with the craft ice maker in that we called and the lady who takes care of service issues contacted LG and set up the warranty/service order.
