One of the worst and most expensive decisions I've ever made was to hire Willamette Waterscapes…read more(WW) to decommission our pond. Our 19-year-old pond was leaking and we were thinking of either decommission it or converting it to a pond-less water feature and asked Tracy for estimates. He responded quickly and offered three options for us to consider including fixing the leaks, reducing the pond size, and last, decommissioning it (by refilling with soil on premises at my request). We opted to decommission. I way under estimated how much soil we had on premises to refill the pond and in retrospect should have asked Tracy for a bid to bring in additional soil. As it turns out I'll have to have an additional 10 yards of soil brought in to complete the project. Regardless of my poor decision to use on premise soil for the backfill, the expense, value and quality of the work completed by WW was extremely disappointing. About the only positives from our experience was that Tracy responded quickly to our query, was able to schedule right away and was on time if not early. However, for our job, I opine that the negatives far outweigh the positives: * As it turned out, WW was obscenely expensive at nearly $400/man hour (two men about a half day each). * Zero attempt at cleaning up after themselves, eg., did not clean dirt off the patio; did not dispose of their trash; left liner and rock slabs on adjacent beds; did not clean our borrowed shovel; did not wash overspray sludge off of the house. See images. * Did not follow through with minor tasks as promised, i.e., did not fold back liner so it wouldn't be exposed after soil is backfill. I cannot express how very disappointed we are with WW's price to accomplishment ratio and work ethics. Is the pond decommissioned? Yes, but for a job that cost nearly $400/man hour one would naturally expect uncompromising professionalism and outstanding results. To add insult to injury, we're going to have to spend another $1k to actually finish the project. I would advise NOT to use Willamette Waterscapes for your project, you won't appreciate their work ethics nor results. I usually roll my eyes when I hear this, but, trust me on this one.

He looked at what was going on and made suggestions not trying to sell me anything, but to save me money. I trusted him (and sure glad I did) and asked him to fix our fountain. He put in a new pump and discovered we had other issues and fixed it without any additional charges. Break Down Costs My bid was $300 to $400 dollars and it was right in-between at $350. My research of the pump without knowing exactly which one that was put in was $250 to $300. So I am going with $275 for the pump. We 100% recommend Willamette Water Scopes and wished all companies would have this customer service.

I have encountered their company truck twice in the past two weeks between Clackamas and the I-5…read moreturn off to head south to Salem. The dark haired driver of their company rig (pulling a trailer with all their gear) is a complete ass on the road! He drives very aggressively and does not seem to have an idea of his length as I have seen him cut into closely, to change lanes and "get ahead!" I had to completely swerve my car off the road, to avoid being smashed by him! Two days later and nearly the same time and place, I saw him so it to someone else! I can tell you that my "First Impression" was not very good!

Then after that conversation I got a message from my property manageme saying the same thing that i was aggressive towards him and asked him to leave then there was an issue where I asked him to please not spray the weed killer in the backyard because I was planning on having a garden and my kids play in the yard but a few weeks later I saw him spraying the yard I said hey I asked you not to do that and he argued with me then of course called and cried about it to his supervisor and of course I got another message from my property management again more lies from this guy about how I was mean to him or whatever then there was an issue when I got my kids a play structure they wouldn't cut the grass or weed eat around it I asked him about that and of course he called his supervisor to cry about it then there were several areas that were extremely over grown I'm talking weeds over the fence and yes I have pictures finally after weeks they finally dealt with it well sort of because there are still big weeds there... not to mention that Every time my wife or I try to say hello to him he gets a look on his face like sour lemons he doesnt wave back or say hello or anything and has made this whole experience very uncomfortable there are still weeds and leaves and stuff built up behind the shed outside we've been here a year and they have never touched it and yes I have pictures of it! if it were up to me I would have fired this guy a long time ago just because of his rude disposition and shitty work ethic I'm glad to be able to finally share this I didn't want to make waves with my property management but we are moving and honestly part of the reason is this landscape company and the rude gardener they send to my house i absolutely do not tolerate adults lying I'm only giving them 1 star and that's only because I could not give them zero
