I contacted Windy City Flat roof first thing on Monday morning and Eli called me back within minutes. They were swamped with calls due to the weather, but he had a crew out to our house within a couple hours. They cleared the snow and ice from our roof and diagnosed the problem. The water stopped, thankfully. And they came back 2 days later to do the recommended repairs. Roofing issues and repairs for me are like taking your car to the mechanic. They tell me what the issues are and what it will take to repair, but I have no clue what they are talking about. All I can say is Eli was SUPER patient with all of our questions and concerns. Roofing work is not cheap, not that it should be. It is dangerous work. And I do believe that you get what you pay for. So, yeah, we laid out some bucks, but the Windy City Flat Roof team was amazing from start to finish. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Can't ask for more than that!
