My appointment lasted literally 90 seconds. I paid for 15 units of Botox, I got 30 units of Botox. I think I spent a little under $200. Unfortunately, I don't believe for a second that I was treated with Botox because my forehead looks exactly the same as prior to my appointment. The aesthetician who injected my forehead did not take time nor did she tell me exactly what she was doing other than that she was going to treat my forehead area. I was not able to examine the vials of Botox medication nor was I able to look in the mirror after my treatment. It's been four weeks, I keep waiting for something to happen. I'm pretty sure that I was treated with a simple two dollars worth of saline solution. I'm really disappointed and I'm not thrilled about the fact that I spent money for no results. Was it a bad batch? Who knows. Maybe I should have looked for a place that was not offering a special deal on Botox? Will probably never know. All I know now is that I'm out almost $200 with no results whatsoever. Maybe some clients don't care about spending money for nothing but I definitely do and I'm definitely unhappy.

I chose this location specifically because Alana had great reviews, so I expected good results. During my appointment, she used two different products because she said I have thin tissue in my lips. I was told the procedure would be mostly painless, as many people I know who have had lip fillers said it did not hurt much. Unfortunately, it was quite painful for me. One of the vessels in my lip burst, leaving me with a large bruise on my upper lip in addition to bruising on my lips. I purchased the Arnica dissolvable tablets and cream they recommended, but they did not seem to help with the bruising. I was also left with large lumps in my lips. I was told this can be normal during the recovery process and that they should improve within about two weeks. However, the lumps never went down, and at my follow-up appointment, the filler had to be dissolved. Now my lips are more uneven than they were before the procedure. The left side of my bottom lip sits higher than the right, creating an angled look, and my top lip is also very uneven. Even before dissolving the lumps, it seemed like the filler in other areas had already dissolved because there was almost no visible enhancement. In fact, no one even noticed that I had lip fillers done. Considering the amount I paid for this procedure, I ultimately left with no filler at all. When I asked the receptionist about the possibility of a refund, since the filler did not remain and had to be dissolved, he responded in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. He stated that they could not provide a refund because it was not their fault that I have thin tissue. I was not asking for a refund simply because I did not like the look or wanted something different. The filler did not hold in my lips, resulting in complications, and had to be dissolved completely. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, especially as a first-time lip filler client. I trusted this provider based on the positive reviews and expected a much better outcome. Instead, I paid a significant amount of money, ended up with no filler at all, and now have uneven lips that I will have to pay someone else to correct. The fact that I was not offered any type of refund or resolution for a service that ultimately left me worse off than before is extremely upsetting and left me feeling very discouraged and hurt by the entire experience.

From the outset, the physician represented himself as practicing internal medicine. After…read moreindependently contacting the Florida licensing body, I was informed that he is not licensed as an internist in the state of Florida. Patients deserve clear and accurate disclosure of provider credentials before receiving care. Over a period of approximately three weeks, I spent nearly $1,600 at this practice. This is not a minor amount, particularly given that: * some charges were processed without clear authorization * receipts were not provided despite requests * pricing appeared significantly inflated compared to other clinics * and treatments, including non-FDA-approved options, were aggressively pushed in a sales-driven manner This did not feel like a standard medical encounter and raised serious concerns about transparency and informed consent. The practice does not appear to have properly trained clinical nursing staff on site. Front desk operations, billing, and patient communication are handled by the physician's wife. In my experience, her behavior toward female patients was entitled, dismissive, and rude, creating an uncomfortable and demeaning environment. Concerns were met with condescension rather than assistance, and follow-up communication was poorly handled, including unresolved billing and medication issues. Overall, customer service was unacceptable. Patients should also be aware that multiple complaints about this practice are publicly reported, and my own complaint has now been formally submitted and is under review by the appropriate authorities. STAY AWAY! Gina Pastore is one of the most dishonest, confrontational & unbalanced person I have…read moreever come across. Ironically, she praises herself as an expert in balancing hormones. Do not believe the reviews on her website! She deletes the negative reviews for sure. My experience with this "practitioner" went like this... Initial phone call started with her bashing all doctors saying they don't know what they are talking about & that she is the "expert" because she is board certified and has been doing this for 20 yrs. After the phone conversation she sends me 20 pages of consent forms and told me to mail back the signed copies. I told her I did not have an envelope that big, couldn't I just email them back. She said no, she wanted the originals. I then told her I would just drop them off since her office was 15 mins away. Gina then changed her mind & said email copies were fine. That raised my suspicion so I drove by her office where I found a very small unit in an old strip mall. (Again, should have ran.) She required an up front fee in order to even make an appointment for a consult. Hmm... I know I'm being quite detailed about these little red flags but I'm hoping that those going through this process now will take them more seriously than I did. I wish I would have gone with my initial gut instinct. It really took a turn for the worse when I started doing some research & asking legitimate questions. Apparently, asking why my 2nd script for estrogen & testosterone cream was twice as much as the 1st I got a very nasty email, see below. This is what she said... "I would like you to call the office during business hours on Friday so that we can chat before you leave for your vacation so that we can make it very clear, with you, how the practice works and the level of respect we require, for you, to continue care with the practice." Two months later, Gina sends me an email with an invoice for my new dose of e & t cream along with another $50 fee for "monitoring my thyroid." She would not call the script in until paid the full invoice (cream & thyroid,) so I paid. The next morning I get an email saying she called the new script in. I called the pharmacy 2 days later and they had no record of it. I texted & called her inquiring about this. She calls me back yelling at me telling me I had no right to call the pharmacy & she is canceling the script and no longer going to treat me. I emailed her telling her to credit me for the money I already paid her for the scripts & that I plan on giving her a negative review & I get this email... "Thank you for your written threats.
