I stayed with this group for a decade, because I like my doctor, but some members of the office…read morestaff simply do not have the patients' best interests as their primary concern. During my time with this office, I've had my blood work done many times, and every time, they say they'll call me with the results. Honestly, 75% of the time they do not call. A week or more will go by, and I'll have to call to get the results, and a week thereafter, I may get a form in the mail (one that looks like it was photocopied a million times, so the text is blurred & faded), on which are my blood-work numbers, scribbled inside the text boxes. Sometimes, I'll get the form & no call, sometimes a call & no form, but most of the time, it's neither. When I need a prescription called in to my pharmacy, they tell me they'll do it within 24 to 48 hours. After going to the pharmacy a couple times and having them tell me no one called them for my prescription, I now call the office first, to remind them to do what they said they'd do. On multiple occasions, I've needed a prescription mailed to me (which my doctor kindly recommended, to save me from having to drive there), and the staff always say they'll mail it within 24-48 hours. Roughly 75% of the time, I've gotten it in the mail within 4-5 business days, but of the other 25% of the time, they either forget to put it in the outgoing mail, or they forget they're supposed to mail it & it sits there for a week, and they forget to call me to tell me it's ready to be picked up. Last year, I needed a referral, so my doctor said he'd have his staff set up an appointment, and they'll get in touch with me. A week went by, and I heard nothing. I called, they had no idea what I was talking about & said they'd ask my doctor. Another week went by... I called, they said they'll get back to me ASAP. Nearly another week went by, and I got an envelope from them in the mail. It had a referral form in it, with an appointment scheduled for a month later. Because they forgot to do it, it cost me nearly 3 weeks, and then instead of calling me with the details, they mailed it to me, delaying the information by another 3-4 days. During the ten years or so that I've been a patient, there was just one time that I actually forgot about something; I had an appointment last year, and it completely slipped my mind. I only remembered it when I got a letter in the mail, only a few days after my scheduled appointment; it was a bill for $25, because I forgot to call them... I'm penalized for my one-time forgetfulness, and I'm also penalized for their habitual forgetfulness. The obvious thing to do is to talk to my doctor about the problems with the office staff. I have. He told me to speak with the office manager any time I have any problems. I have. Basically, it goes like this: a staff member neglects to do something, so I call & ask about it. They tell me they forgot/misplaced/didn't get the message, etc., but she'll take care of it right now. I ask to speak with the manager. I'm put on hold, the office manager eventually picks up, I tell her the problem, she puts me on hold, eventually comes back on, says they'll take care of it right now, puts me on hold, and then the same staff person eventually picks up & says she'll take care of it right now. After going through that routine a few times, I realized I'm not accomplishing anything - I'm just wasting even more of my time. I like my doctor, and there are few really good members of the office staff, but there's a systemic problem with this medical group, and although the symptoms have been identified & discussed with more than one authority, on more than one occasion, those symptoms still have yet to be satisfactorily treated. I've been a patient patient, but it's time to walk away & find a more reliable, trustworthy, and professional organization (and I suggest my future-former doctor do the same).

Due to long term lower back issues occasionally my right leg goes numb causing me to fall. That is…read morewhat happened late in January 2022. After being misdiagnosed by a different physician as just having a bad sprain - and walking on that leg for about 3 weeks - I was referred to Dr T who, after exam and xrays discovered that I had a broken fibula. After reviewing the pros and cons of treatment surgery was scheduled fir the next day. I met Dr T at a surgery center (for outpatient surgery) and he performed surgery on my leg to repair the broken bone. I ended up with a plate and 9 screws in my leg and yes - that is as nasty as it sounds. I have seen Dr T several times for follow ups and post surgical evaluations. He is extremely personable and always takes the time to answer all of my questions. His office staff at this location are also very friendly and competent. Worthy of special mention is his Medical Secretary Chloie who is a truly magnificent communicator and is extremely efficient in getting me all the report copies I request. I highly recommend Dr T to anyone who needs orthopedic surgery and or evaluation.

I have had intestinal problems with IBS D for the past 15 years after I recovered from Autoimmune Hepitis. Dr Ford gave me the name of a product called Banatrol and suggested other supplements and within 4 Days, my symptoms disappeared. Today we continued our discussion and he suggested more ways I can continue to improve my health by changing diet and understanding how my body works. Finally I am getting the medical advice I need to feel better and not take more perscriptions. I look forward to seeing him again and learning more information. He has the answers. I am very happy.

I came in to get my vaccinations today and also to get a check up and I must say that they are…read morefollowing the precautions and protocols to a T the covid-19 but why wouldn't they there a doctor's office. They start off by having you check in by asking you the famous questions that they asked everybody which is basically if you've been outside of the country if you been outside of the State that are under the quarantine ban New York State and then finally have you been hanging out with your covid-19 friends. As long as you answered no to all of those they take your temperature and they give you a little sticky note to give to the nurse who takes your vitals and you're on your way. This is a great setup and it works out well. They have their chairs blocked off so that you can't sit next to each other so what increases social distancing in the waiting area. The reason why I dropped it down a star is because the wait times have gotten really long and it's just a little bit one-sided in that effect because if you're late to your appointment you get canceled but they can be late to their appointment and we just have to deal with it. Now onto my Dr Jessica Berman MD. I will say this she is one heck of a doctor she has been seeing me now for probably 11 years maybe even a little bit longer and she has been on point with me all the time and she holds me accountable which is something that I need at times. My wife is also seen by her and my wife has nothing but positive things to say about the doctor. Both of my sons one is age 22 and one is 11 and they are both seen by her as well and she is an excellent doctor in every facet of care that is given to my family. The only unfortunate part is right now she's not accepting new patience but I do recommend this facility because if these doctors are anything like Dr Berman then they have an excellent practice on their hands. I have had a couple of surgeries for a broken fibula. I…read morehad some screws and a plate put and and then some of them taken out. There was a lot of swelling and my surgeon had prescribed meds and an injection but nothing worked. I also was prescribed physical therapy which I had done by a different provider. No help. Then I discovered this provider and, fortunately, I have been seen by one of the partners Dennis Judd. The man is a wizard. In short order he found the specific cause of my discomfort and started working in it. Within 4 sessions my pain has considerably diminished! I know Dennis has close to 50 years of experience- and it is quite apparent. I give Dennis my highest recommendation.

This is the first Dr I have had that I didnt feel uncomfortable around and who didnt just write me…read moreoff. He diagnoised me with issues and tested me for things that my previous doctor didnt even take a second look at. Very nice, very willing to let u try ur own medicines too. He doesnt force pricey pills on you like other doctors do. He had no problem with me trying an all natural pill instead of a prescription pill, and the all natural one worked way better anyway!
