I never had a person towing my vehicle show such care from being suggestive as to what the problem may had been (and Mike was right) to dropping off at a Firestone repair shop. This was on Christmas Eve and he came an hour earlier than my insurance rep told me. I even tried to tip him for showing such great customer service and he refused to take the tip!
