He got me in that afternoon! Got there, and they were so kind, and so helpful. Very thorough and professional. They worked with me in dropping off and picking up. Also explained in detail what needed to be done and why! Even pulled up a picture to show me what was being replaced because I had no idea what it was he was talking about. They even went out of their way to check the car for additional safety issues (without me having to ask) and noticed I needed to replace a master drive belt (pretty sure that's what it was called?) which I am beyond grateful for considering I do NOT want to get stuck on the side of the road. Also important, I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for their help, and he looked at, and quoted a tail light issue thoroughly! These guys will have all of my future business. That last point is huge for me, and a big part of why I keep coming. Any woman who has tried to go to any car servicing has surely experienced that before, and not once has anyone at Pinegar talked to me like that. They've also never tried to upsell me on services, always explained to me why they do things, and they're always nice. Also, being able to drive my car straight into the garage, hand off my keys, and walk 10 feet into the waiting room, super appreciated by me, I have a disability and not having to walk and stand in line, it's very helpful. I drive out from Springfield every time because I know they're gonna treat me and my car well.
