Called State Farm for roadside assistance with changing a tire on my Class C motorhome. He was polite, professional and did an excellent job of replacing the tire. The tech was Luke and we are extremely pleased.

However, the first 2 times, I called a locksmith and they were in and out of my car in 15 minutes, with absolutely no damage. This time around was not the case. I used my insurance roadside assistance and they sent out RPM Towing and Recovery. Had never heard of them, I thought a towing company was an odd choice. but beggars cannot be choosers. He arrived within 20 minutes, so that was a win! The rest is downhill. He worked on my car for 2 hours. He worked on both sides of the car. He used tools that seemed way too big (you know those arms they use to raise and lower a basketball goal? like that big). He only had one set of tools. It seemed that he truly did not know what he was doing. He even said that my car was the hardest he has ever worked on. (I drive a Ford Flex, which is known for this issue. Fairly average car). Both sides of the car has damage and will require paint, a new door seal and a new door panel. It would have been so much better for him to just say, "Hey, I don't know what I am doing" or " I don't have the right tools!". I would've gladly waited to call someone else or for him to get help. Would not recommend their lock out services.
