Every phone call was them explaining a "glitch".... a "glitch" in paperwork, a "glitch" in personnel, a "glitch" in their website. "Today is the day" and it took 21 days. They did not provide us with death certificates as asked. They made up my moms obit, posted it on their website and then used a donation and flower link that went directly to them. They mocked us at our request for multiple death certificates and refused to provide more than a poor quality copy and a single original. They are horrible
