He did a thorough job: checked baseboards on all exterior walls; spent 30 minutes in my crawl space; and then did a walk around the exterior of my house. Our service is the yard guard. There is a bad problem with ants at least in our backyard. They were getting into the house They were here promptly and mindful of the dog. I have not seen ants in the house since. I have been with them since it was AAbel and they have not disappointed me. read more

Something is seriously wrong with the management, bookkeeping & scheduling now with this company - I do NOT recommend. I had been using this pest control service company when it was A-ABEL, since about 2018. I had the SENTRICON traps for termites yearly renewal and would calll them for a yearly spraying or in response to a specific issue. When they became Go2 something has gone bad I paid every year to renew the termite service where they are supposed to come out on a regular basis to check the traps. Last year I received the renewal notice and realized I had not seen them that entire year nor received the door notice that they had been by if I wasn't home. I confirmed with the female representative that indeed they had not serviced me for over a year at that point, but had taken the renewal payment. So I had paid for at least a year with no service (likely 1 1/2) - I told them I wasn't going to pay more to renew as they owed me a year of service I had already paid for - the "boss's response was that he's give me this year at half price. wtf how nice that he's willing got take another 1/2 year of $ after not servicing the past year Go elsewhere for your exterminating needs - or at least don't do a contract. read more

04/25/24 - Kevin Ritchie did our termite inspection. He is a very careful and skillful tech. Our house has too much furniture and items, but he tried to look at and work most of the areas where we can move the items out. He climbed under the bed to check the wall. Checked in our garden bait and let us know we have some ants. He filled something to treat the ant for us. We appreciate your hard work. I hope we can work with you next time. read more

We called Go2-Pros last year 2022 for a mouse problem, and Anthony came out. We could not have been more happy with his work. So much so that we called and asked for him again when we found a ground wasp nest this year. He is honest, knowledgeable, and efficient without sacrificing friendliness. They have been doing my pest control for a couple of years since Aable stopped doing pest control. For some reason I paid 2 invoices in 2020, 4 in 2021, and 5 in 2022. I guess that is one way to generate revenue. My contract with them never changed. I will be getting a new company in 2023. Don't trust them. They don't have my payments on record for 2 of my invoices but don't worry, you are paid up. What a way to do business. read more
