She really helped provide my family with closure. From the timely manner everything was done, to throughly explaining every step of the process to me. My mothers services was so well put together , such a clean environment, the music was perfect and we all loved the video they made. All in all we are extremely satisfied with them and will continue to utilize them in the future . Theyve even continued to reach out and check on us since the happening, including mailing us a few items that were forgotten at the funeral home. Thanks again for everything!

I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. I would not recommend this crematory to anyone…read morewho is trusting them with the care of a loved one. Our experience was incredibly disappointing and lacked the compassion and professionalism a family deserves during such a difficult time. This was my first experience with cremation, and it was heartbreaking from start to finish. The entire process felt more like a transaction than the care of a human being. There was no empathy, no condolences, and no sense that our loss mattered. The waiting room is located directly in front of the door where people are constantly entering and exiting the crematory. At least have the decency to have another door before that door or move the chairs! There was a gurney sitting in front of the crematory. There was dust on the floor that appeared to be ashes, creating an unsettling and disrespectful environment for grieving families. We called ahead last week to make arrangements and were told the cremation would take place on Wednesday and that my father-in-law's remains would be ready for pickup on Thursday. When we arrived Thursday morning, we were told the ashes were still too hot because they would melt the plastic container, and we were instructed to come back in 30 minutes. Hearing that was shocking and upsetting. We had driven two hours to pick him up, and even after leaving, the urn was still warm. It made us question whether the timeline we were given was accurate. We also paid to have portions of his ashes placed into multiple keepsake urns. Those urns were covered in dust that appeared to be cremated remains. Regardless of what it actually was, it gave the impression that little care had been taken in preparing something so deeply personal. Our family was already emotionally exhausted after losing my father-in-law. The last thing we expected was an experience that added even more pain and distress. Families deserve compassion, respect, and clear communication during one of the hardest moments of their lives. Unfortunately, we received none of those things. Even the digital fingerprint memorial was poorly done and felt like an afterthought. If it cannot be provided with care and quality, it would be better not to offer it at all. You can respond with "We're sorry for your experience,"but those words cannot undo the experience my husband had while saying goodbye to his father. We trusted you to care for him with dignity and to guide our family through this process with compassion. Instead, we left feeling disappointed, disrespected, and deeply saddened. I sincerely hope no other family has to experience what we did.
