I have shopped in there stores around Disney many times through the years and was reminded of some glassware that we purchased back in 2005 I think. I do walk through to see what they have frequency, but it is rare that I would make a purchase because the items I tend to want are priced out of my range. If I had someone who was a big fan, I would definitely consider buying gifts here. And this most recent visit, I realized how long it has been since I have really shopped because they have truly expanded the selection of items that they have. I did not realize that they carry Swarovski Crystal. I used to buy Swarovski from their stores with some regularity when I was younger. What are things I love about stopping through is quite often. You can see one of the artists developing pieces. I'm always amazed at the talent. These people have and the quality of the workmanship. For me, I would love to be able to buy one of the chess sets that they have. I will have to start saving my pennies so that I can hopefully buy one one day. read more

This was such a cute store. They have all kinds of cute glass trinkets and souvenirs. Our main goal for this store is the silhouette hand cut art. They took photos of our fur babies side profiles and in couple of hours they have it ready. They came out so good. I bought some frames so we can hang them. Such a nice keepsafe. read more

Had a great overall experience making my wish keeper wand here. Two bad things were 1, nobody at checkout we were sent to for awhile and 2, I wanted the rose topper and they said they didn't do that one anymore and said Magic Kingdom was the same way but Magic Kingdom had it when we went the next day. I probably would have waited to make it at MK. EITHER WAY, I made my wish keeper and got to do the full process and make my wish and promise not to cast any bad spells and they had all the crystals I wanted and were so nice so I'm not holding it against them. I 100% think it's a great value and suggest this cool experience. It's a lifelong souvenir you can have. I made mine for baby bean that's due in May 2025 and I want all the best for them. The staff could not satisfy my needs. I wanted a silhouette of my four children. And one of my daughter's boyfriend of them in a heart frame. The staff said it is not possible for them to fit into the frame. The staff also said that they could only fit three people into one silhouette. read more

The family business originated in Spain so it is little wonder that you would find Disney characters hand painted to look like Lladros. As a matter of fact they do sell Lladros here. They specialize in glass etching and personalization so you can now purchase items such as picture frames and books, glass paperweights, glass goblets and so much more! Arribas brothers also honors the Chase Disney card 10% discount and a special perk card given to people booking a vacation package from Walt Disney World travel. You get the same 10% discount. In two locations I saw the adorned Cinderella castle and in Disney Springs saw the beautiful Cinderella pumpkin carriage with horses. Shipping is a flat $9.95 for all your purchases. On this particular trip I purchased a Swarovski crystal "Tigger" for my girlfriend, a picture frame which I had personalized for my anniversary and a limited edition 50th anniversary Minnie Mouse. My frame fits a 4x6 print. Strange as it may seem they don't sell 5x7 frames. The saleslady who worked with me was extremely helpful and even showed me my new boxed pieces as they would look when they arrived at my house. I was told that engraving would take a few days and then the entire order would ship. From the time I purchased these items until delivery took around 2 weeks. Everything was marked "fragile" to insure a safe delivery and everything was carefully boxed and packaged to insure no damage. Minnie now sits in my curio cabinet next to Jiminy Crickett which I had purchased from them a few years back. The frame is a perfect size for my 4x6 print and one my favorite pictures from Memory maker sits in it. My girlfriend was thrilled to receive her Tigger. The store offers craftsmanship combined with unique merchandise offerings. I love stopping into the store, and always make it a point to try and come in here when we visit. This location is filled with unique finds and it's always fun to venture around. They have everything from small trinkets to take home as a souvenir, to a large replica made out of crystals of the Cinderella castle for tens of thousands of dollars. Be sure to try to stop in and see if someone is working on site creating new items live. It's always fun to watch the Craftsman make the crystal and glass pieces while you're there! Often times they can personalize items for you as well if they're on site making things while you're in the store. If you're looking for something to take home I highly recommend one of the small trinkets, some jewelry, or even a custom Tiara or crown. The jewelry would be especially nice for a gift as they offer a lot of unique pieces with birthstones that would be ideal for a special someone. I was in town for a conference and wanted to stop by and pick up a silhouette portrait souvenir. Because I was here for a conference, I couldn't make it to the shop when the silhouette artist was opening up for the day (11 AM every day), so I spent three days trying to make it in time before they closed. The first day I was told that she typically left around 9 or 10 (I had gotten there fairly late). Then the second day I planned to leave around 7, but I decided to call the store beforehand. Lo and behold, she left the store at 3 PM on a Friday. Then today, Saturday, I called again to check before heading over around 8. I figured Saturdays are probably pretty busy, so she'd probably go back to her "normal" schedule. She had left at 7:30 already. I'm pretty frustrated with the whole situation--I tried my best to figure out the schedule but it doesn't seem like there's any rhyme or reason whatsoever to when the service is open or closed. I love this shop. I stopped here last year after running the races and bought myself a treat - a personally engraved Cinderella corkcicle mug that I love. It keeps my drinks cold/hot all day and I use it often in the mornings to take cold brew to work with me. It's perfect when I get around to drinking it for a mid-day pick me up. Unfortunately, this time they didn't have as many of the corkcicle items as they had last year which had a lot of princess themes. This year they only had one color and one type so I didn't buy another. They do a lot of personal engraving in this shop and you can place your order with a staff member at the counter who will take your information. If you have a few more days left in the park they can finish it up and deliver it to your room, otherwise they will ship it to you for cost of shipping. They also have Swarovski items inside and feature a ton of the specialty Disney ones. Then they have some pieces that are a few thousand Dollars. If you were looking for something that shines, this is your shop. I bought an exclusive ornament back on Dec 12th and was told that I would receive it after Christmas. I've had to send them 3 emails after Christmas for an update. On our last email, they finally gave us a tracking number as they sent it off that day. If I had not asked, it would not have been sent. All in all it has taken 6 weeks for me to receive my ornament. This is a crystal/jewelry store located in Downtown Disney. They handcraft a lot of their figurines in store, and you can often see someone using the torch to make some cool figurines - yesterday I watched a guy do finishing touches on a glassblown Donald figurine. My family and I have been going to Orlando for years and this store has always been here. It is always nice to go in and gaze at the cool figurines they have. There is a section that has Swarovski crystals embedded in the figure and those look really elegant. If the crystals are out of your budget there's always cute tiaras or small desk figurines, or jewelry like rings, necklaces, and earrings that aren't that expensive. Most of the jewelry have Disney themes, like Pooh, Mickey Mouse heads, etc. I have bought a tiny Mickey Mouse ring for like $15 before. The store also connects to the T-Shirt shop and the Disney sports shop, which connects to the Trends clothing/accessories store. I -Almost- bought one, but honestly, I didn't need -another- one. One of the most beautiful items in the store is the Castle. It is a hand set swarovski crystal replica of Cinderella's castle. Been coming here for years. This particular Arribas Bros location is in downtown Disney, with other branches located within other Disney Parks and scattered over Europe. (A few locations I've discovered is in Epcot Mexico, and Epcot Germany) They are famous for their glass works and crystal, though their gold leaf art is getting up there. I've purchased a few glass cups, and art crystal pieces from them. I would put them at the level of Swarovski crystal, and less classical than Waterford. My favorite purchase was of a Crystal Thumper, without a bottom reflection plate. (This particular Crystal Thumper was a limited edition one, so they don't sell anymore, and cost mega mullah. The current one has a glass reflection plate on bottom that blocks from bottom pedestal illumination, and does not have frosted features or rounded face like mine.) They do sell other company products on concession, so if you want Swarovski or Waterford or other similar companies, you will have your options open to you. They have been selling some weird frog art lately, not my cup of tea. They usually have live glass artisans making their craft during the normal 9am-5pm times, but don't talk to them while they are using their torches... don't want a flaming incident. Once the artisan leaves for the day, the show does not end there. There are plenty of other art works to captivate your eyes. The products range in price from $4.50 keychain to $30K crystal castle replica of the Magic Kingdom Castle. The service is rather helpful and informative, quick to inform you of the company's background and crafting techniques. The service is kid friendly, and casual. One does not need to feel uptight, or expect an artsy fartsy atmosphere. It is welcoming to all, so enjoy! read more

They always have nice stuff and I try to look for this store at the Disney complexes. Some of the glass blowers are better than others, so you have to look at their work to see which ones you like. We bought a set of mugs and had names engraved on them years ago as well as a cube with pictures of Jr. Yelpers over 7 yrs. ago. Currently, the technology is much better and you can get a really nice 3 D image for about $125. It takes them over 1 hr to process after the picture has been taken. They have jewelry pieces and mostly display items/souvenirs. Prices are moderate to expensive, especially the pieces which have embedded crystals all over the body of the Disney character. The larger the size of the piece, the more expensive it is. They have stores in Orlando, Anaheim, Tokyo, Paris and Hong Kong - where Disney theme parks are located. read more

When I walked in, i was greeted by amazing cast members. I ordered 2 picture frames. They said it would take 2 weeks. I waited and received 1. Called a week after my first frame arrived. The first employee said she would call me back. 4 days passed. I called back. Same thing happend. 3rd time , i asked to speak to a manager. He said that they didn't know what was going on. Obviously, they aren't putting much attention to their work. He said he would call back and again, nothing. I decided to get my money back. All I wanted was a matching picture frame for my best friend and I. We travel and spend money in places we think is amazing. Won't be doing that anymore at this location. I was down in the Epcot Mexico showcase branch of Arribas Bros and fell in love with a glass rose and a vase. I purchased it for my girlfriend and returned home to Montana. When I went to show my neighbor I dropped the rose and it broke. I called back down to pay for the rose to be replaced. The lady I spoke to said that they had one and made it seem like it would be about a week before I received it. This would be fine because I have to go to basic training in a week. They took my information and said that I would receive an email with tracking information when it sent. Over the weekend I hadn't gotten any information so I called down today to see if it had shipped. The lady I spoke to today informed me that it takes between two and four weeks for anything ordered from them to arrive. The lady who took my order didn't tell me anything like that. Conveniently, she is on vacation this week and couldn't speak to me. I only recommend purchasing items from this store in person rather than having anything shipped because they do not put very much effort into customer service that way. read more
