Boutiki is the main gift shop of the Polynesian resort. Located on the first floor they have your typical Disney souvenirs you will find throughout the various resorts and parks. In addition, the sell resort exclusive merchandise. Since the resort is South sea themed look for Hawaiian shirts and dresses to give you that tropical vibe. All throughout you will find "Maui" their tiki statue in one form or another. I visited this shop a couple of times during my recent stay here. Since the Polynesian is Moana themed I was able to find a lot of "Stitch" gifts which I knew would make my daughter smile. I was able to find her a Stitch Christmas ornament for her tree along with a Stitch sweater. I also purchased their new resort sweatshirt and bathrobe. One of the nice things they offer is shipping since it si very difficult to carry this type of merchandise on a plane. Shipping is extra but worth it. I had a nice sales lady who helped me with my order. In no time I had my receipt and phone number to call regarding my shipment. She told me my purchases will be sent out in about two days. At the last minute I was able to add a Stitch plush to my order. This place like all places is overpriced but hey, it's Disney and you're on vacation. You can pretty much find something for everyone but if you are more Disney and food oriented then check out their other gift shop, the Moana merchantile on the 2nd floor. Looking forward to receiving and enjoying my purchases!

First opened in May of 2005, you can find Boutiki in the Great Ceremonial House in the Polynesian Resort. The Walt Disney Imagineers created a storyline for the store about a group of magical tikis that sleep during the day and at night they awaken and frolic in the shop. In the morning they are frozen in the act of their mischief, peeking in a window while another is caught shushing guests. It was the those sneaky tiki's who crossed out Boutique in the front of the store and changed its name to Boutiki. The first year the store was open, it won an award for the 2005 Retail Store of the Year in the theme park category from retail magazine, Chain Store Age. The magazine described the store as an "exotically themed design drawn from Polynesian culture that updates the main lobby gift shop at Disney's Polynesian Resort, marrying its theme with the other shops in the resort." The eight foot tall tiki statues found in the displays throughout the store were hand carved in Bali. Adding to the experience are the merbau hardwood floors, bamboo, shells, and hand woven wall coverings. In keeping with the South Pacific theme of the hotel, you will find tropical snacks, toys, clothing, accessories, shoes, housewares, souvenirs,, bags, and anything you would need for the pool. There is also a display of Olu Mel merchandise. Olu Mel is the kind hearted sea turtle who first made a debut at Disney's Aulani Resort in Hawaii in 2018. Today you can find him at Boutiki in the form of backpacks, key chains, and cuddly stuffed toys. Disney, Moana, and Polynesian culture fans will love this store. The merchandise can be pretty pricey but if you are staying here you can probably afford the 100 plus dollars for a men's shirt.?Sometimes you can luck out with a sale on the older merchandise, You don't have to be a resort guest to shop here either. The Polynesian is a stop on the monorail or if you drive in you can just tell the gate staff that you want to visit the Boutiki. Even if you are just window shopping it is fun to check out all of the Disney touches around the store. Don't forgot Moana's Mercantile for more merchandise on the second floor.

Fun merch and gift shop inside the Polynesian resort at Walt Disney World. This one is on the first floor. It does have some items you can find at the parks as well, but I love that they have some unique to the hotel finds here like frames and magnets. The tiki room sign is super cute. The staff was very friendly. One of the cast members have the munchkin a sticker of Mickey. She loved it and toddler talked with the cast member for a couple minutes. The store was very clean and well organized. They do have last minute forgotten items like toothpaste and Tylenol here too if you need it. Overall: A Great shop with some unique finds, as well as staple hotel stay needs.

I really wish I would've read the reviews about this place before wasting my time earlier today. I…read morewas eager to go back after having dinner a few doors down the night prior and saw a lot of cute options for some sparkling new years options by looking in their windows after they had been closed. My mother and I returned ready to spend money, and I was immediately saddened by the largest size carried throughout, tops and bottoms - was a L. Either way, I decided to try on an item after being chased down by an associate to "start a room" - while I was holding an item. Never heard her do that to the pencil sized blondes in the rest of the store. Oh well. I'm heavily tattooed, I guess I'm a thief. I shrugged that off, however, the "customer service" of that act fell short. I tried on the item while the rest of the women in the store were fawned over and payed attention to as they boasted their alteration program. When I exited the dressing room, and when I gave the item back to the associate and told her it was too small I got a VERY condescending "sorry!" Nothing more. From there, I just decided to exit and not even try to shop for another item, I had really liked a jacket and a sweater. Never even got a light mention of the other store from looking at these reviews. But why should a girl be sequestered to another store just because you're a bigger size? It's very classist and downright weird. I am deeply saddened and frustrated after leaving this place. Not a girls girl place. At all.

It has been YEARS since I last shopped at Sophie & Trey in Lake Mary, but I found myself in the…read morearea this week and decided to stop in just to browse. My husband (then boyfriend) actually bought me a dress here for our first Valentine's Day together. I remember it perfectly and loved it so much! Funny enough, I happened to visit during their V-Day sale this week, offering 20% off anything that's full price. The store looks a lot different from what I remember and it was packed to the brim with clothing, shoes, and accessories. I remember them having another boutique next door called Tria, but it looks like they may have combined the shops because I didn't see the sign for it anymore. They had a pretty big sale/clearance section with lots of good deals. I definitely saw some cute things I would have tried on if I had more time. I got their close to closing time, so I'll have to go back for another visit soon. I did end up buying a new wide brimmed hat to add to my collection. If you know me, you know how much I love my hats! I got a nice caramel colored one which actually looks very similar to my Gigi Pip hats at a fraction of the cost. I might even go back and get some other colors. If you're looking for a fun date night outfit or party dress, you might just find something here. It also looks like they have expanded their professional clothing options and I saw some fun matching pant suits, blazers, blouses, etc. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area!

My family was visiting Orlando for a short road trip and we wandered around The Mall at Millenia…read morefor fun. We saw Chanel to the left of Neiman Marcus as we exited the store to the main area of the mall and noticed they had a short line to get in. (Without an appointment.) Because I was interested in buying a new pair of sunglasses, and wanted to visit the location after visiting two locations in SoCal, I stood in line for the next available clerk. The line moved in a timely manner and they tried to match up people waiting in line with the next available clerk. I would say I waited about 12-15 minutes in line before security let us in and matched us with a clerk. The clerk was very welcoming and offered to let us look around and ask questions. I went right to the sunglasses area and tried a couple of pairs on. He helped to look up a pair I had my eye on for while and we were able to locate a pair in the boutique for me to try on. While I did look at other options, I went with the pair I had been looking for and he pulled a brand new pair from the cabinets. We did look at some of the clothes and accessories in the store and the clerk shared some details and information about the collections and pieces. I was impressed by his knowledge and he seemed passionate about the brand and the attention to detail. The glasses were packaged nicely in the Chanel bag with the ribbon and camellia. Service was pleasant and smooth throughout.
