She never did, office closed for the season and called and wrote corporate several times with no reply. End result husband got wages garnished and we had to pay another tax office 700 additional bucks to refill. Turns out state owes us 1,700 now but it cost me 1400 after filing twice to get it. These people don't know what there doing and are the worst.
