They give great service, I just had my tires replaced and an alignment, my steering wheel is finally straight, had the dealership supposedly correct this from the factory, it was never aligned. In the past they have replaced several windshields, always great to deal with. read more

This shop gives top tier customer service. They take the time to make sure you understand what is happening but they also just take the time to make sure everything is right on your vehicle. They stayed almost 4 hours late on a Friday to make sure my car was ready for the weekend and so I didn't need to come back. I appreciate that they are extremely friendly and understanding as well. They are honest and fair priced. I keep coming back because they are the only place that can ever figure out the real cause of my car's mechanical problem. The dealership I used to go to tried to fix a same problem 3 times!! So gave these guys a try, they found the root cause, fixed it, like a mechanical shop should, but rare these days. Best Service Ever! These guys actually do their job, right! In the past I have always gone to the Honda dealership to get my car maintained. One week after an oil change service (at the dealership) I had my car in for detailing at Arrow Auto, and the staff showed me some very alarming findings! My air/cabin filters haven't been changed- ever- in 3 years! Even though the checklist from Honda indicated they were fine. The guys at Arrow also found that some animals had made a home under my hood for quite some time and had nesting leaves,'fluff' and other debris all throughout the engine area and into the vents- How did the dealership not notice this or make me aware of this? The guys at Arrow Auto actually brought me back to see for myself what they had found, and I couldn't believe it! Since this experience I will forever be faithful to Arrow Auto and get my oil changes and car maintenance done there. They are thorough and honest. Thank you guys! read more

Do not get any work done here -- or at least not your tires which is the majority of their services. My boyfriend got winter tires and steel rims from here and 4 months later when spring arrived they were on so tight no shop could get them off. Went to back to arrow auto and they had to torch them to get the rims off. This shouldn't happen unless your car is 10 years old and rusty. A shop that looked at it previously said the rims weren't even the right ones for his car and that their work had completely screwed with the lug nuts and the wheel themselves. Studs were frayed, heat most likely ruined the hubs and bearings in the rim. When they were finished the owner said that will be $55 when we came in to get this problem fixed, from their screw up. He refused to give money back for the rims that will not even be able to be used again. After the lug nuts were frayed they still put them on his original aluminum tires and now those are most likely fought to be wrecked too. We have got confirmation from multiple professionals that the job here was lazy and unprofessional. The only thing we can do now is bring it up to the better business bureau in London Ontario. It was a awful experience and the workers were not even acknowledging the problem. $1,000 down the drain. Please don't go here they will screw you over without a doubt. read more
