I have gone through this car wash twice the first time my tire on the driver side started a slow…read moreleak and I took it in and got it checked out and they couldn't find out what made this happen but they said it could have just bin rubbing against a curb because it was the valve for air that needed too be replaced same as the next time when it happened again 2 more times because when i talked to the carwash owner he said that's never happened and he didn't see how it could do that to the tire so I paid the $140 to get it fixed and went on with my day then I went a few months later and needed a wash so I went through the same car wash again and the same thing happened same tire and another $140 and then they said this time it may have bin ice that did it, so one last time because I had trust in the owner saying it couldn't be them and second time maybe being the ice so one last time and had another slow leak on the valve and another $140 to replace the valve and sensor again so I called the owner and said it can only be the wash doing it and 3 times same tire because that's the way it latches to the car to bring it through the wash and I got my ass bit off I wasn't asking for anything just wanted to let them know this happened and BOOM!! the rudest response ever so I'm calling back tomorrow to the actual owner's instead of just the people I talked to this time and I will for now leave this as a warning for people to just be careful of it and as a one star very unhappy and very upset of the whole situation $420 later and a very rude call but maybe after I call the owner's and maybe get a bitter resolution not trying to get any money back or anything like that just wanting... However, after taking my payment, they told me the filters were not in stock and that I would need to come back on Sunday (the next day). I returned on Sunday and was then informed that the filters are only available Monday through Friday. When I requested a refund, I was told that refunds are also only processed during weekdays. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Customers should be informed clearly before being charged. This felt misleading and poorly managed, and I will not be returning.

But If there is a safety concern like brakes. They will try to hold your car hostage and won't release it. They told me i needed new brakes and the price was way too high. So i told them that i couldn't fit that into my budget and choose not to go with them. So they then told me they would not release my car because it's a safety concern. Which it wasn't because the brakes still had a few months left on them. Either way my normal mechanic is about half the price. So i wanted to take it to him. I was only at Meineke for the cheap oil change they advertised. They wouldn't let me leave and tried keeping my keys, but i had a spare set in my pocket . So i jumped into my car and told them i would drive right through their bay door and said it will cost them a new door. Finally the owner or boss said he would let my car go, but they were not going to be responsible and that they warned me about the brakes. I told them i would never be back because they were sneaky and they charge way to much. He didn't seem to care.
