I have gone through this car wash twice the first time my tire on the driver side started a slow…read moreleak and I took it in and got it checked out and they couldn't find out what made this happen but they said it could have just bin rubbing against a curb because it was the valve for air that needed too be replaced same as the next time when it happened again 2 more times because when i talked to the carwash owner he said that's never happened and he didn't see how it could do that to the tire so I paid the $140 to get it fixed and went on with my day then I went a few months later and needed a wash so I went through the same car wash again and the same thing happened same tire and another $140 and then they said this time it may have bin ice that did it, so one last time because I had trust in the owner saying it couldn't be them and second time maybe being the ice so one last time and had another slow leak on the valve and another $140 to replace the valve and sensor again so I called the owner and said it can only be the wash doing it and 3 times same tire because that's the way it latches to the car to bring it through the wash and I got my ass bit off I wasn't asking for anything just wanted to let them know this happened and BOOM!! the rudest response ever so I'm calling back tomorrow to the actual owner's instead of just the people I talked to this time and I will for now leave this as a warning for people to just be careful of it and as a one star very unhappy and very upset of the whole situation $420 later and a very rude call but maybe after I call the owner's and maybe get a bitter resolution not trying to get any money back or anything like that just wanting... I don't even know what I want but definitely not what it is at now So I may change my star and mind then but for now just be careful and have a great holiday season and stay safe

However, after taking my payment, they told me the filters were not in stock and that I would need to come back on Sunday (the next day). I returned on Sunday and was then informed that the filters are only available Monday through Friday. When I requested a refund, I was told that refunds are also only processed during weekdays. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Customers should be informed clearly before being charged. This felt misleading and poorly managed, and I will not be returning.

I was told right away the price was wrong. That with financing the actual price was $8650. I told them their ad said $6825. they told me that with financing the price was $8650 plus tax and lic. I asked why the difference. They said the $8650 reflected the financing of the vehicle. I said I do not want to finance the vehicle, I wished to pay CASH. so the price should be $6825 plus tax and lic. They told me that they did not accept cash and if I wanted the car I would have to pay $8650, plus tax and lic. I said no, I wanted to purchase at $6825 plus lic as their ad stated. They stated that if they did that they would be out the interest they would make by financing. I said I did not wish to I incure interest payment and that is why I wanted to pay cash. They said no sale. I asked to speak to her boss and was told he was too busy to talk to me and she hung up. I then looked up their phone number and called back. The fellow I talked to told me they did not accept cash for any sale and if I wanted it I would have to finance it for a total of $8650 plus tax and lic plus the car had to be certified before it left the lot for an additional $999. I informed him the ad said it had been certified already. He said there was an addition certification that had to be done. I said, so it will be certified twice. He said that is correct. I said I would have it certified myself and he said the car could not be liscence without certification. I said I will liscence it myself. He said the car could not leave the lot without certification and lic. I said I would buy it as is. He said no.
