Service scheduled between 9-10:30 - technician never showed up. When I called the customer service person couldn't find the appointment when I insisted she looked somewhere else and found it / I requested she call the technician, which she did and said he couldn't get here wven though I gave him an extra half hour before calling. Invoicing issues and no one showing up for both lawn and pest control. And no one answers and mail boxes are full so cannot leave messages, this has been going on for a month...they may no longer be in business. The lawn is looking bad with a fungus and grubs, and I'm seeing too many live roaches in the house! Can someone tell me if they are still in business as I cannot reach anyone, were they bought out by Terminex, whereas I did reach someone at terminex using Arrow's number that I've had? read more

An Arrow lawn tech splashed a chemical, being used on my lawn, on my stamped/stained concrete at the front of my property on Sept. 11, 2023. He did not attempt to remove it, nor did he notify me about it. After I discovered it and took photos, I called seventeen times between September 12, 23, and Feb 1, 24, requesting help from company reps, including from district managers and a regional manager. Although a "new" rep did finally come to view the discoloration a month or so after I started calling and tried to wash/ remove the damage, he was unsuccessful. After a total of two months of texting him about a follow-up solution and waiting for replies, he said he was going to get a pressure washer to address the discoloration. That never happened. During multiple calls, the reps with whom I was talking, tried to get district managers to talk with me and/ or said that they'd left messages for them to call me. That never happened. At one point, I was connected with the Escalation Department (the department that handles calls that had not been resolved). Nothing came if that contact either. Every phone rep I spoke with, no matter where they were in the country, was very professional, tried at length to help and, to a person, stated that they were surprised and shocked that no one was calling me back from the district nor regional level and that, months later, there was still no fix/repair to my concrete. read more

I employed Arrow/Rentokil for a year and a half. Their treatment must be good because I have not had any insect or rodent problems. However, they don't seem able to live up to their commitments. I have had several poor experiences. Two service appointments in which I waited for four hours and no one showed. When I call the office they have no idea why. And commitments from the regional sales manager who promised to call me back with a more detailed quote and who said a service manager was going to call me to make the most recent missed appointment good. Of course neither of those happened either. And finally a 7.5% increase in price after only one year of service. When I called to complain they said they would return the price to the original price. Of course my next two bills were for the increased price. I have no idea what is wrong but it appears one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. Needless to say, I just cancelled my service. read more

Made a confirmed appointment for an AM treatment. Took the morning off since we had a major issue while we were away. The 4 hour window comes and goes no service visit. I call and after 18 minutes on hold I was told to hold again while the call center tried to determine the issue 9 minutes later. We are still on the schedule for today, he is just running late. 2 hours later I call again 21 minutes on hold. Sorry not sure what the issue is. The tech is not answering his Phone. I will have a manager call you. One hour later now after 5PM no service call no manager call just shitty customer service. The problem is I can not even call another company. I live in a condo and they have a service contact with this piss poor company. Total waste of a day and I still have an major insect problem! Literally go anywhere else!!! read more

Arrow purchased "Bug Free" company approximately 2017/18 - not sure. Since that time their services and specifically accounting dept became horrendous. You could never get a return call and nothing seemed to get resolved. They offered a free eval of my home for Termite infestation. They found some - a small amount. They wanted me to tent the entire home to the approx. cost of $4,000. Truly Nolan company treated the entire home in a very professional fashion with a lifetime TRANSFERABLE guarantee to any new homeowner. In anticipation of selling my home, I wanted to have a document or a brief letter from Arrow acknowledging my insect/bug annual pest coverage along with acknowledgment of my annual rodent coverage. I asked at least five times to five different people that said they would get me something in writing. NOTHING ever happened. Their services were at best, POOR. I suggest you shop and do not give them your business inasmuch as they don't deserve it or earn it. read more

In the four years I have been with Arrow Environmental Services I have not had a correct bill. I paid annually for services each year. After each automatically scheduled service I received a bill. Each time it took no less than three months and numerous phone calls to have the account corrected. Once the account was corrected, another service was completed and again the same problems existed with billing. This resulted in three more months of numerous calls to right the account. I continued with the company because good service was provided by Bill, one of their technicians. On November 30, 2017 I entered into an additional agreement for rodent control, paid by credit card, with services starting December 1, 2017. The billing issues became even worse which I didn't think was possible. On March 30, 2018 an automatic payment via credit card of $231 was received by Arrow for ongoing rodent services. On March 31, 2018, according to a letter I received, my account was sent to a collection agency. In a phone conversation with the billing department, I was told I was in arrears for payment for the rodent control agreement greater than 6 months. I was dumbfounded with this statement as the rodent control agreement had only been in effect for less than 4 months and a credit payment was received by Arrow on March 30. Not only was my account not arrears but there was a credit on the account of $61. There were many other issues with Arrow specifically with the sales associate Dawn******, who gave misinformation when explaining the rodent control agreement and the extent of the rodent problem which was highly exaggerated according to other pest control technicians. With so many pest control service companies in Naples, I would suggest due diligence before entering into any agreement. read more

I contacted the company and asked many questions before agreeing to the initial visit (always pricey, regardless of what company you choose), but I paid it. I explained to the tech (not the answering service person) that the home I bought had been vacant for nearly 2 years, so no pest control during that time....it's a mobile home so I very clearly asked about spraying underneath the outer edges (through the wide lattice openings), was assured that would happen. The tech sprayed a wand outside the lattice. I asked for him to put the tip into the lattice & spray, would not. I had repeat problems with bugs, called & had them send again, even asked for a different tech...same guy, same technique, same results....BUGS. Now they've turned over to a collection agency because I don't feel I should pay the subsequent monthly premiums because NOT the service I agreed to. Have emailed the company twice since Feb 21st after speaking with them on phone a couple weeks prior to that....NO RESPONSE except more collection agency calls. read more
