I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Turner Pest Control. The technician assigned to our account consistently failed to meet expectations, and despite multiple efforts to request a replacement technician, nothing was done. As a result, I ultimately cancelled the service. What was even more disappointing was their attempt to charge me for three additional months after cancellation. This experience has left me questioning their business practices and overall customer commitment. If you are considering them for new service, I would strongly encourage you to carefully evaluate your options. If you are already a customer and hoping service will improve, I would suggest not waiting and exploring other vendors instead. read more

National Pesticide sold to Turner Pest Control, and Turner Pest Control is the absolute WORST. Sadly we have to leave TURNER due to the least possible pest treatment we've ever had done. They do not deserve one star. read more

Man.. what a rip this turned out to be for me. Look- I understand catching wildlife isn't an exact science but here is what happened to me: Paid $400 Told they would trip 5 days - they did What they didn't do: Explain their "lack of baiting methodology" (they don't put any bait in the trap) Ring my bell when they arrive each day or give me daily reports On the Monday after the test week after no updates I called the salesman Ryan who Seemed annoyed or unsure of who i was and later sent me a text telling me they don't think a Baited trap would have made a difference as they thought it was an armadillo. Turner bought out our former pest control service, Larue. When we had Larue things were amazing. Since Turner took over we have been getting American Roaches in our home. I called to cancel service and was told Turner is using different chemicals than Larue did so there is a transitional phase. (I am not sure if that would even matter. But that is what I was told.) I was also told a tech was scheduled to come out that day to service the property because we requested it. If we canceled, that appointment would be canceled as well. We had just paid for quarterly service on 3/25 and was not due again until 6/25. We wanted to take advantage of the tech coming out at no cost to rectify the issue. No one showed. That was a Thursday. I called again on Friday and was told "Dean" was supposed to come by after 3pm that day to spray inside. "Dean" never showed. During that call on Friday to Turner, the lady I spoke with sounded like she was laying next to a sleeping person. All I could hear was very heavy breathing and loud snoring. It was so awkward and unprofessional!! I was asking the lady questions about why the no shows, she kept saying "ummm" or was silent while she looked at the account or whatever she was doing. In my opinion, she was distracted doing something else, while I sat in silence waiting for 5 minutes waiting for her to figure out why the first appointment no showed. I should have canceled then but was on my way out the door on Friday. Today is Monday. Dean no showed. We canceled our services with Turner. Now onto a more professional company who deserves our business..... read more

I am giving this review because of their billing. I have several accounts all on auto draft. All of a sudden, they sent me 40 invoices at once. They said its because they took over from another company? Also, I am on quarterly billing. Why then would I get bills from December, February and then June? You call them on the phone and get transferred all over the place for somebody to try and explain. So far over 40 minutes on the phone and I am no where. Tiem to cancel all my accounts and move onto an independent owner. This big companies take over and service is all down hill. read more

Catseye has consistently provided professional friendly service, they are always on time or give us plenty of notice when scheduling changes, the techs are always considerate and knowledgeable. We have two dogs, two cats, and two kids so working in or around our house can be challenging at times and they have never had an issue. read more

These guys know how to get the job done! We had two huge bees nests inside our roof that I tried to kill myself several times, but the bees just kept coming back. Being allergic, I wasn't taking the risk so I called Catseye. A technician came over that same week, took a look at the issue, then offered me a free quote. We switched to Catseye after using a different pest control company with out them being able to get rid of our issues. After the first visit we no longer had the problems with pest like we did before. We live in a very heavily wooded area and still have not had any problems thanks to Catseye. While they are a higher priced service, it has been well worth every penny we have spent to ensure my children and animals are safe, and our home is free of problematic pest. read more
