Now I'm being told they have to block my number because I asked to speak to Dave who offered the 65 and the lady said no we won't do it Less them 80 and I asked to speak with Dave. then I get a text saying we can't help you h we have to block your number have another company help you that takes major credit cards and will do it for 200. Who calls a customer and tries to sell them a car or offer them a full ride to Texas themselves and then if the driver dosent agree with what the boss said which was 65 how is it my fault they won't do it for less then 80. Hmmm.

We were told 15 min for pickup. We sat on the front porch eagerly awaiting our ride. After 20 minutes I checked my phone to discover that my ringer was off. There was a missed call from our cab driver who was lost. I immediately called him back and apologized for the ringer being off. He was irate and began yelling at me that I was irresponsible for leaving my phone off. I apologized again but was berated horribly. He insisted that he had been to my house- which he had not. He yelled and was using crude language. He was so rude I told him I would call another company and hung up. I wish I would have asked his name. At this point, the driver began texting me abusive statements. I was so shaken up and could not believe that a person providing customer service would treat a customer so rudely and unprofessionally! The driver's comments were ver batim- which I saved and took screen shots of: Cabbie: "Vampires can't see themselves in the mirror...I bet you can't see you in your mirror" My reply: "I'm reporting you" Cabbie: "Let's call the police. I love it when an idiot calls the police" My reply: "This is harassment. End it now." I blocked his number at this point. I would highly recommend NEVER calling this company lest you get this rude and unprofessional driver. Nobody should ever be treated this way by anyone providing customer service!! This person was beyond unprofessional, they were abusive and horrible and harassing. I truly hope that Green Cab figures out who this cabbie is and terminates their employment.
