When I called the second time and got the manager she claimed they never said that. Now she says she will turn this over to a collection agency. I would advise against using this company due to their inability to accurately run their office. I have had to cancel two checks which has cost me $50 which is almost as the bill I am trying to pay.

Who knows? It simply says 23. When I texted him back that he didn't send anything relating to the issue that I called him out in the first place, that he orally confirmed, never heard from him again. I would have gladly paid for a report of the issue I'm experiencing THAT he confirmed. All he was interested was German cockroaches which I don't have. All I got out of it was tied up for a couple of days waiting for him to come out here and my house reeking of cigarette smoke that enveloped him.
