I was just browsing at first but decided to grab Ollie some dog ice cream (they come in a 4-pack). The sales lady--who I believe is also the owner--offered to just sell me one instead of the whole pack, which was awesome and so thoughtful. I think it was literally just a dollar. The shop itself isn't huge like a PetSmart, but it's well laid out, easy to find what you're looking for, and has a really homey, family-run feel. The employees were genuinely kind and welcoming to me and my buddy. Granbury is a little out of the way for me, but honestly, I wouldn't mind the drive again--customer service like this goes a long way. Thanks for making us feel so welcome!

This company is owned by Tractor Supply. First I called to get an appointment at Petsense and I was…read moretold I needed current Rabies shot record. I asked if they did them there, and was told they do not, but that I could go to Tractor Supply because every 2 weeks an outside company did them there for a reduced price. I went online and made an appointment. Even though I arrived a half an hour early and was 1st in line, I wasn't seen till 27 people came before me. They had made 47 appointments for the same time. Then they forgot my tag. Then when I arrived at Petsense There was a sign stating they used the same outside company to give Rabies shots. ????? Fast forward to my Petsense appointment. I was told by the Manager that the fee was $56 then when I got there it was $67. After a lengthy debate they charged me the original price. But, next time it would be the $67. I got my dog back bleeding above her eye. When I called the Manager back he insinuated that my dog scratched herself. He said they don't use clippers on the face, yet I witnessed the groomer using the clippers on her face.

I have ordered online, come up to the store 4 hours later and my order has not been pulled yet. Today, an item was listed for sale online so I rushed up here to snag one and, of course, they did not honor it at the cash register. The other item (see picture) was priced incorrectly. I asked the staff member at the cash register. She had no idea what I was talking about (nor did she appear to care to check into it). Granbury desperately needs another large pet store to give Petsmart some real competition because this store doesn't have any incentive to "do better." (Like a lot of other businesses in Granbury, unfortunately). I will not be back unless I am 100% out of supplies and that almost never happens. Suggest you don't come by either unless you are desperate. Yuck!!

When I brought this to the attention of the employee she rolled her eyes, was sarcastic and overall rude. As someone who breeds and sells animals selling a mini pig as max 60lbs for 350 dollars is misrepresentation and false advertising. Do better and next time someone corrects you on your incorrect information have the decency to not roll your eyes like a child or better yet hire employees that actually care about the animals you are selling.
