He was 2 months old and lived until he was 4 months old. Whether or not they knew that he was sick is unknown. 5 years later, I don't care to know. Be careful when you adopt a cat between 3 months- 2 years from here or anywhere because of FIP. Definitely wouldn't adopt from here again.

We knew we would adopt but wanted to wait about three months. Gaius (our other baby) needed some help to get through this loss of his buddy. Went to Lancaster HSNT and all they had were large dogs. We felt it was best to get a female, smaller dog that was his same age and calm. Ended up at Benbrook HSNT and found this wonderful little girl. For $50, she came microchipped, vaccines up to date and a free exam within the first 30 days. She was shy at first but after about 2 hours, she is right at home. Thank you HSNT for letting us adopt this beautiful little girl.

It's close to my work, making it very easy to drop off and pick up. After reading reviews we decided this was the place for us, Three+ years later, our pup still goes there most days. He's excited to be dropped off and happy to be picked up. The employees are great with the dogs, and I get daily reports of his adventures. Most of all, we also get peace of mind that he bid safe and not all by himself all day when we are at work. Suzette is great with him and greets him by name. She's taken additional security measures to keep the facility safe and secure (not in the best neighborhood, but that's not her fault, and not a reason not to take your dog there). All in all, we're very happy with our decision and recommend this business to anyone who wants a safe and caring place for their pup. 10/10

I was assisted by Grace who was super helpful when I needed some extra assistance in picking out an appropriate food for my dog. I got what I needed, was able to check out quickly, and they even carried the food out to my car across the parking lot. I'll be back to Hollywood Feed in the future. I called on Friday at 2:31 PM to schedule an appointment, and the woman I spoke with said the first available was Tuesday at 2 PM. I confirmed that worked best since I can leave work more easily in the afternoon. She said, "Okay, see you then," and only after I asked if she needed my name or any contact information, did she take my last name. Come Tuesday at 2 PM, I arrive and the same woman who scheduled the appointment is walking out the door telling me they're closed for the day, even though their posted hours say they're open until 4 PM. She claimed my appointment was for 11 AM, which is simply not true. She was unapologetic and dismissive, saying, "Well, you can come back tomorrow." Absolutely not. I would never waste my time again or subject my recently adopted pet to an environment where she might feel she's being returned. No wonder the check-up is "free", it's a free waste of time. As a business owner myself, I can tell you the issue starts at the front desk. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable.

Also, about a year ago I took my dog in because she had this hacking cough. As the doctor walks through the office in his dirty boots, I can see into the back office and there was medicine and dust and clutter everywhere. This place did not appear to be sanitary at all. After finishing the round of meds he prescribed for the cough, it continued to persist. I called, left messages, nothing. I called again the next day and they were able to see her. He wouldn't give her any other treatment and offered to scope her, which I can't afford. We left empty handed. He also declined to provide her a flea/heartworm option, and would only sell me heartworm medicine. Fast forward about six months, we moved and I found a new doctor. Not only is this place clean, the staff are professional and helpful. She has a respiratory infection STILL. She is being effectively treated at Eagle Mountain Vet in Azle. Highly recommend and MORE affordable and they offered me additional treatment options for her.

I was hesitant about going through this whole process altogether because of past experiences but this has been one of the best. Before going home the puppies are well on their way with crate training, potty training, and noise desensitization, which makes a big difference. It's very clear how much time, care, and dedication she puts into raising well prepared puppies. Heather is extremely knowledgeable and always available to answer questions before and after adoption. These puppies are her babies and she truly goes above and beyond to prepare her puppies for their new homes and it shows in every part of the process.
