It was time to make this small repair and patch, but we also decided it was a good time to remove all the blown in insulation and replace with insulation batting. Patrick from Sound Crawls came to do the inspection and gave us a quote for the work we wanted done. In our opinion he did the best inspection of all the businesses that came to give us a quote. He was very flexible, willing to do less, but explained how more could be done to make our attic so much better. We decided to go with his company and our attic now is clean, organized and has storage space that we are rapidly moving things out of our garage into the attic. They took such great care of us, start to finish. We've never had insulation work done before and didn't know what to expect. They held our hand through the entire process, showing us examples of what to expect, clearly communicating every step, explaining they don't paint the plugs but we can either paint them ourselves or hire painters (and they provided professional painter recommendations), etc. We felt so held the entire process. Ashley is so prompt in responding to any calls or messages. Ashley & Zach initially came out to take measurements for a quote, and answer any and all questions I had. The pricing was great, and they took care of filing all the paperwork for the PSE rebates. When it was time to do the work, the whole crew was fantastic! They worked efficiently, and kept the area very tidy, laying down plastic and cleaning as they went. We were so impressed by them!!! Great workers, terrible business practices…read more We hired Master Insulation to replace the rodent infested insulation under our house. The day they did the work, it was pouring down rain. Despite all this, they did a great job, working well past dark to make sure the work was completed. Five stars for their workers. On the other hand, their business practices are quite poor. They emailed an invoice with terms of Net 15. Five days later I received a phone call from them dunning me for payment. Seriously? If they wanted immediate payment, they should send their invoices Net Due. For a business to either not understand invoice terms, or worse, ignore their own terms, is inexcusable. I told them to pound sand and paid them later than I otherwise would have, but still within the stated terms. One star for business practices.

They showed up and set traps and told me they would be back to check them in a week. 10 days later they still hadn't showed and hadn't called to let me know they weren't going to show so I had to call and find out what was going on. They arranged to get someone out later in the week. I asked the tech when he'd be back and was told I had to call the office to schedule the next visit. Apparently, Classic Pest Control & Insulation is unable to schedule visits in advance. If you want a pest control company that will keep you informed of what's going on and will contact and communicate with you, I suggest calling someone else. This is not a "customer first" company.
