I've been a T-Mobile customer for some time, I have my phone, my wife's phone, an Apple Watch , and two SyncUP Kids phone watches that have all worked great. Recently one of the kids lost their watch, I used the Assurant policy to order a replacement, and brought the phone into the store to get it set up. Unfortunately, one thing led to another and they accidentally applied the change to the wrong phone, and after that NEITHER of the phone/watches were usable any longer. I went back in today, and Marquiese worked with me for well over two hours, calling in "favors" from T-Mobile Support, until he got both of these watches working again and paired with my iPhone and account. If you need a phone, or support on anything from T-Mobile, I can't recommend Marquise Hunter highly enough!!!

Took in a desktop PC that was running slow and they thought right away the problem was the…read moremechanical hard drive. I originally went in on a Thursday,. and they suggested I come back in the following Monday so that they could get to it more quickly. I brought it back in that Monday, and hadn't heard back, so I called Friday and they told me it looked ok overall (no viruses, etc.), but the hard drive replacement should help. I told them to go ahead with the work. I got a call the following Wednesday afternoon telling me it was done. The first week was a holiday week, so the swap took just over 6 business days. The fix is fantastic! All the files, etc. were cloned perfectly to the new hard drive, which is amazingly faster than the previous one. From looking at the work order, I can see where they did the work pretty efficiently, they just didn't contact me to move ahead as promptly. The computer was done 2 days before I was notified it was ready, and there was a day lag from evaluation to me calling them to check in and move ahead with the new hard drive. So, all in all, I'm very happy with the end result and the work that was done. There were just some opportunities to get things moving a bit faster to cut down on the time I was without the computer.

While I'm not a T-Mobile fan boy and haven't really been impressed by their customer services as a whole... I had a five star experience yesterday with a young gentleman names Paul at this location. I was in for a warranty replacement and was genuinely impressed with this young man's demeanor and the care he took for the customer service he provided. I've worked in IT support for 25+ years and I'm probably not the typical knowledge level of a customer he runs into day to day and minute to minute, but he quickly adapted from breaking down the basics to matching me at my more elevated level. I think this is a often overlooked skill when it comes to customer service. The abiliity to read a person and adapt to match them at the level of support they need. Too often support will talk over a persons head or infuriate you because you feel like you are being talked to like you are in elementary school... Within minutes Paul and I had just clicked. In full transparency prior to meeting Paul my experience with T-Mobile hadn't been great. Two or three calls with T-Mobile and a back and forth with Assurant who manages the insurance for T-Mobile now... It wasn't great. But Paul was the shining light at the end of a long dark tunnel and he deserves to be recognized as such.

The valet had just driven off with my car and as we walked up to the building I saw them wanding people. "Oh crap..." Until right then I'd forgotten I had a pocket knife in my pocket. I'm 55, grew up in rural Iowa, and was taught at a young age... If you have a pocket you need a pocket knife. You'd be surprised how often you use one. Even just a standard old grandfather's type knife... I let Security know and they said I'd have to take it to my car...which the valet had just driven off in. And at that point I had no idea where my car was. Lol I spoke to the valet managing the keys and explained my situation. He asked for my ticket. My keys weren't back yet, but he said he'd take care of it for me. It was just a Smith and Wesson buffalo horn Trapper style knife. Probably worth about $80 new or could be replaced with a used one off eBay for $25-$40. Not expensive, but I'm bought it for more than that on a charity auction for a friend of mine who had cancer and has since passed. So monetary value really wasn't as important as the sentimental value... Like the TSA...door security would have just discarded it so I thought... What have I got to lose? If it doesn't make it to my car it would have been gone anyway. We had a good time at the show and honestly I didn't really think about the knife until we walked outside and were waiting for the car. I opened the passenger side door for my friend and then got into the car and sat down in the driver's seat. The knife was tucked in the change compartment just below my driver's side window. I'll check my pockets next time before getting out of the car... Kudos to the Keck Parking staff working the event for going above and beyond! It was much appreciated!
