Both times the person on the phone was polite, friendly and very helpful. Ordering was a breeze- A and E followed up to verify the shipping address and it was on the way! It got here super fast. Delivery was in a crate and the driver was very helpful in getting to the entrance of my garage. Set- up was a snap! Hardest part was taking a part the wood crate it came in. I found the battery was dead and faulty and called customer service - Alexandra. She said I could purchase a new one and they would reimburse me or they could send a new one. I picked the getting one right now and sent the receipt so I could get it up and running. Alexandra is a super star -great at taking care of everything - the customer service was Outstanding. It was the kind service you could want from Alexandra and everyone there - (everyone was super nice and helpful). The mower I purchased had a great price as well! It works great and I would definitely recommend A and E to everyone. You can trust A and E - they have Great products, customer service and value. 5 stars !!

This place is the worst. Don't go here…read more We took our mower there in May. They didn't give us a timeline for when it's be fixed or even an estimate. We checked in after a month of waiting, feeling like that would be ample time to fix it or at minimum know what needed to be done. They said they hadn't looked at it get and they'd get to it that week. Fast forward, they had our mower for over 2 months with 0 communication except for our phone calls wondering wtf was going on. Eventually I just went in and they said their mechanic that could work on electric mowers quit 2 months earlier and that it probably wasn't worth fixing. Why on earth they didn't tell me that in May, I have no idea, but all I have is a broken mower and a handful of neighbors complaining that I didn't mow my lawn to show for it. They're getting bought out and they said they've left several messages with the new owner to contact us. We never received a single phone call from them or the new owner for the entire time they had our mower.

They have been my small engine go-to folks. I always got great service with decent turnaround at a fair price. What more could I ask? But this year, I took my two mowers in. I couldn't get either started and the newer one was leaking gas through the air filter. It's been about 3 weeks since I took them in. I called about a week ago to check on an ETA, and didn't get a very clear answer. I just called again and they're closed (at 5pm). I'm not certain what they needed to do or how involved it was--where there they had to order parts, or what. But what is clear is that the company is suffering from poor communication, lack of responsiveness, each which bodes poorly. I don't know if ownership changed when the relocated from Beaver @ Douglas to the Merle Hay location, but something has been lost in the transition. One I get (or fail to get) my machines back, I'll update the review with the missing details.
