Awful. Pure awful. There was an old lady in glasses who kicked not only me but my little brother who has special needs off of the basketball court for no reason! That pissed me off then we went to go play video games in the room that they provide so I payed for a pass to the game room. And so me and my brother went in there after paying. And some rude 24-26 year old kicked us out and once I DID SHOW HIM THE RECEIPT that I PAYED FOR WITH MY MONEY. Oh and back to the basketball. I watched with my own 2 eyes that the lord himself gave me. A mom and her two children walk onto the court and not only that. We left after they had and they were on the court THE WHOLE TIME. And I tried be nice and respectful but that mean old lady ruined the entire experience. And for the cherry on top. Me and my brother went upstairs and watched tv we sat on the couch that they provided. We watch basketball for 10 MINUTES AND again that rude old lady with glasses came up and ruined it and said and I QUOTE "I don't know what you think you are doing but you need to go downstairs!" Again be calm and RESPECTFUL I asked what the problem was and she refused to give me a response. So we left. A week later I went back cause I figured she probably had a bad day. I was completely wrong. I went to purchase a day pass for me and my little brother and she rolled her eyes at me. She made another staff member help me get my day pass. And my little brother went on the play place. Again that THEY PROVIDED. Now me being too big to get on the play place. I decided to spectate like a responsible brother. And here comes the grinch and she asked what I was doing and I politely replied "watching my little brother" and in the process my little brother got punched and bruised on the place while I'm having a conversation with the white female who looks to be either late 40's to 50's with glasses. I would appreciate it so much if this member and that guy I mentioned earlier to be fired. Do not go i do not recommend at all. read more
