We waited over a month for the post master to come "inspect" our mailbox, then was told to move it to the other side of the driveway so we did, then waited another month for him to come "inspect" it again just to be told now we have to add gravel or pavement in between it and the driveway, which wouldn't have been needed if we didn't have to move it in the first place. Now we've left several messages and even called and talked to the post master and he still hasn't come to "inspect" it or approve it. Absolutely ridiculous to not be provided this services after 3 months of living here.

One night I was in a huge struggle to get a package in the mail. The USPS on post was already closed and I was SURE by the time I got into town this one would close a few minutes early and I would be out of luck! Shockingly, the line was huge and the gate was still open. The line moved quickly and the clerk (I am sure exhausted by closing time) was very courteous and professional. I am not in love w/ USPS, but I have had several positive experiences at this location.

This was the 2nd week of July, the package should have arrived to fort sill around July 13th-16th & I was told since I was already home by that point, it would be returned to sender & I should get it back at home. It is now September 4th and the package has never arrived. Those letters are priceless & not having that debit card has created a huge hassle for me! This is not a 3rd world country, it is not that difficult to correctly send back someone's mail, especially when expedited shipping was paid for! He estado en espera por una hora ya por telefono. This place is clean and like most it has no public restroom, but it does have a ramp on the south…read moreside for wheelchairs. The post office is open 24/7, but the window is only open 8:15-11:30 & 12:30-4:15pm. The clerk's are not very friendly but more of matter of business like. They get you in and slowly out..if you find yourself in a line, you'll be there for awhile, they get in no big hurry. This post office is closed on weekends, but if you NEED a postmaster on Saturdays about 10 or so miles west of Watonga is the Fay Post Office and they're open 11-1pm on Saturdays.
