It was honestly really hard for us to leave our previous dentist because we had been with them for a long time and absolutely love them. But when our daughter had a little dental emergency and our regular dentist happened to be closed for the week, we ended up at Arrowhead Dental arts and honestly it has worked out so well. Since then, all four of us have been in a couple of times, and every experience has been great. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable. They've been absolutely wonderful with both of our kids. One thing that really stood out to me was that the doctor knew my son was really into Pokemon and surprised him with TWO big packs of Pokemon cards. It was such a thoughtful little thing and it meant so much to him and honestly says a lot about the kind of care they give their patients. I am even reluctant to give this practice a 1. My husband went there in September 2024 after not going for some time because his Crown popped off. He had to go back 2 more times because it kept popping off Due to inadequate materials and/or staff. They proceeded to give him a Statement with a Balance of well over $2,000.00 going back to 2022. When he asked about why these charges were so old, he was told by Juddy, she was reconciling records and noticed he had a balance. I then reviewed it, provided a detailed Audit of each charge along with copies of All payments and EOB'S (Explanation of Benifts). Turns out, she was double billing him for mistakes they made in office and for charges under the 'Write Off' column on the EOB which are clearlyNot the Patients Responsibility. . When I asked her why, she said, 'because we haven't been paid for those amounts yet' I said, then you take that up with the Insurance company, you dont just automatically charge the Patient. I also told her that I spoke to the Insurance company, and they confirmed what I said. I told her, just because you haven't been paid by the Insurance company, you don't go after the Patient. How many other Patients has she done that to, who didn't even realize, and just paid. After numerous times trying to reach her over and over via email and i cant count how many phone calls left for Juddy, I finally did reach her and she said she removed all the 'Write Off' Amounts and he owed just over $200,00. I then reminded her, that she neglected to bill my husband's Insurance on 3 charges and that after those are put back through His insurance, he would probably be due a Crédit. After that, she Zeroed his account. Go figure, she tried to bill him for over $2,000.00 dollars and after being called out, and possibly owning him a credit, she zeroed out his account. Shortly after this was all done, my husband's Crown popped off once again, that's a total of 4 times so we found another Dentist off the Mountain. Mind you, this started at the end of September 2024, and JUST got resolved mid January 2025. After all said and done, we have both chosen a phenomenal new Dentist who is absolutely lovely and both just Love. Caring, understanding and don't try to add on a bunch of unnecessary procedures to fill their pockets. read more

I have been going to Arrowhead Dental Arts (formally Dr. Bialecki's office) for 30 years and I loved it. However, ever since Dr. Morales took over it started going downhill- mistakes in scheduling, impersonal care, constant turnover in staff, less clean facilities, lack of professionalism, etc. I finally left 18 months ago because of my disappointment with this dentist. Then two weeks ago, I received a bill for almost $300. I was sure it had to be a mistake so I called the office and spoke to the office manager. She was rude and condescending. She proudly stated that since taking over the office she has been going through all the files to see what she could still charge patients for. She said she has four years to charge people for anything she can find. I am so disgusted with this business. If you are still a patient there, beware of rip offs. If you are a former patient, watch out for bills, and if you are a prospective patient, stay clear!!!!! read more

Great experience today. The office staff was incredibly patient and courteous with me accommodating my changing plans. The office is very beautiful and each room has a panoramic window looking at gorgeous nature outside. Dr. Bialecki did a fantastic job fixing my tooth. It's extremely hard to find a good dentist office and I'm so glad I came here. They are VERY conscious of aesthetics and have worked wonders on my smile. The Dentist and Dental assistants were professional and kind. I had called this office a few times now and have received service once. The first time they overbooked the office, I waited over an hour to be seen and then left. The second time went well 5 months later when I had oral surgery to remove a root canal. Dentist was great and so was his assistant. Karen at the front desk, however is another story. She was rude on several occasions. When attempting to show up for my next appointment, she had not run my insurance until I called and told her to do so on the 4th of the month. She continues to explain they are out of network and will not accept individual insurance plans. Discriminating against self employed individuals shows what type of establishment this is. She then tried to charge me full price for the office visit and xrays at over a $300 value and told me my insurance would cover nothing even though it is a PPO. She then tried to charge the additional deductible on top of an intitial visit. It makes no sense, seems very greedy. Most dentists are only allowed to charge deductibles after work has been done. Im not sure if illegal financial practices are going on here; but they should be. read more

These are absolutely the best dentists I have ever found. They are friendly and accommodating and helped to ease my nervousness at being at the dentist after a long time away. I'm in the process of getting several procedures to save one tooth and they have made the process painless. The dentists offer you their phone numbers so you can text or call anytime if you have any problems. All of the hygienists and assistants and office staff are kind and caring and wonderful people. The doctor is technically very good. Compassionate? Caring? Not sure if I'd describe my experience using those words. When it comes to his interactions with patients he clearly is dominating and for the year I went to him I put up with his comments because I recognized his abilities. I had two teeth worked on yesterday. Complicated procedures. Today I have not pain and no sensitivity. Dr. Bialecki needs to teach other dentists how to do that. Sitting in the dental chair last week at Dr. Bialecki's office---and unwinding from a hectic week at work---I took a few moments to think about the things that made my visit to his office enjoyable (no, "dental visit" and "enjoyable" are not mutually exclusive concepts!)..... 1) The building is second-to-none. From waiting room size/temp/views, to reception desk location & height, to size/position/leather chairs/VIEWS of each treatment room, to even the selection of beautiful pieces of artwork throughout and soothing music, it's a wonderful place. It's obvious they have paid close attention to detail in every aspect of the design, and yet it's also very functional. 2) The staff is friendly, helpful, and skillful. The six of us (I, wife, and four sons) have received every type of service there imaginable over the more-than 20 years as patients, and we've always been treated as if our needs were their utmost concern. Even my German father-in-law was very impressed with the job they did when an emergency required him to seek treatment there. .....and, as just alluded to.... 3) The quality of treatment and care is excellent. It's obvious to us that Dr. Bialecki and staff want to make sure they get it "right". I've never felt like they're just trying to get the job done--and me out the door--as quickly as possible. To the contrary, they take the time necessary to finish what they start with excellence. If I get home afterward and something still doesn't feel quite right, they are quick to schedule a return appointment at MY earliest convenience. By the way: their scheduling is remarkable! I don't think I've even sat down in their waiting room more than 5 or 6 times in over 50 office visits. read more

This dentistry office is meticulous, the staff is very professional and courteous, they are right on time with their patients, and I was a completely satisfied customer. I have never loved going to the dentist, but when I left I knew I had been examined properly and by an extremely competent dentist with amazing credentials. When I left I knew exactly what I needed to do to take care of myself from that point on. I had just had surgery on my gums and was in a lot of pain from periodontal work, and Hugh Bialecki helped ease the pain and it is now healing faster. Though the doctor knows his craft, he does not know how to treat people. I found him arrogant and condescending.

At 68, have two major regrets: (1) not having met my amazing wife years earlier, and (2) not having met Dr. Bialecki years earlier. Both have filled huge gaps in my life, most recently, in Dr. Bialecki's case, a chasm along the front row of my teeth. Prior to relocating up the mountain, I had spent thousands of dollars trying to fill that gap, especially since my work involves public interaction, yet the most important front tooth implant got loose and fell out in the woods, never again to be found. My only choice was to spend more money I didn't have or get a temporary tooth put in which I'd have to replace every few months. Dr. Bialecki, however, had a third option, one no other dentist had ever told me about, and within one immediate visit, he resolved my issue and the VERY affordable tooth he put in has remained in place for months. This dentist cares and will work with you to resolve your dental problems a la "McGyver." Every time I drive by his office on my way to work, I cast a glance of gratitude toward his office.
