The rooms were kind of small, the equipment isn't state of the art but it does the job. The doc was in to see me quickly and listen to everything I had to say before he asked questions and looked at everything. He seemed fairly confident and knowledgeable. Asked me if i wanted a generic brand prescription or brand name. When I was checking out he came up front and smalled talked me a little and got to know me. They were able to get us in right way and the wait was very reasonable. They had just moved locations, but his office was nice and clean despite the fact they were still getting situated. His office took care of the insurance billing and the staff was very friendly. Now for the important stuff: Dr. Nandin was terrific. He spent time with us discussing the accident and more importantly listened to us and our concerns. He ended up referring us to a specialist and felt it was something that needed to be addressed that day. He took the times to make the calls and find someone he felt was qualified and was comfortable with. His office was great about orchestrating everything and thanks to them, our wait and check in back at the hospital was smooth and effortless. I gave OSO Medical 5 stars because of the professional, attentive staff. I was really pleased with the quality of the care and how Dr. Nandin listened to our concerns and took thief into consideration. He is willing to work with the specialist on follow up care. He has caught cancer and lymphoma in a few of our family early enough to where it was not an emergency and each person is still well. Mo is his PA and office manager and is so straight forward and real. She sits and listens when she takes your info and is there for you when you call in. They usually have a student Dr. one of whom had joined the team and is awesome. I enjoy letting the students learn with my info, but Dr. McRunels always asks if it's ok, even after 16 years of going there. The neighborhood and building is a little rough, but don't let it fool you. Dr Mc is a diamond in the rough and the best doc I've ever had.

I saw Dr Sreenivasan for an annual Women's Exam. I told multiple staff members before the doctor entered the room that I had a pregnancy that didn't come to term. Due to that, my body can tend to clench during exams (stress). When Dr Sreenivasan entered, I gave her the same warning, and she then asked "how old is your baby?" I was shocked, since I not only told her assistants that I didn't carry to term, but it's also in my surgery records. She obviously didn't look at my chart or read the notes from the staff who took my vitals. She then continued to pry asking how old I was and how old "the baby" was when the pregnancy ended. There was no sensitivity. During the Woman's Exam, she made the oddest comments. "Why is it so dry?" "Why does it look like that?" - all with absolutely no explanation. She left the room and I had to assume the exam was over and I was supposed to get dressed. Do I leave the room? Am I supposed to be on the table still? After 10 minutes she returned and handed me papers and said "the front will explain this to you". I came to you for help and you made me feel insecure during the exam, left the room abruptly and didn't have the courtesy to try to explain to me what is going on in my body. I handed the front desk lady my papers and she told me that the doctor referred me out for an internal ultrasound and to another OBGYN. Why? Not sure. But it was a STAT referral, so needless to say I was extremely concerned.. especially considering the comments she made during the exam. I was contacted by my pharmacy because I had a prescription filled. She didn't diagnose me, didn't tell me she was giving me medication - literally nothing. I went to the pharmacy and requested a consultation. I asked the pharmacist what this medication would be used for. He seemed shocked and asked "she didn't diagnose you with anything?!" Nope! Nothing. He leaned over and said "this is usually prescribed for chlamydia". Okay. WHAT?!? By this point, I was just about ready to have a complete meltdown over this whole situation. The doctor I'm referred to called me to confirm my referral, thankfully while I was still in the CVS parking lot. I asked them if the original doctor said I had chlamydia or if she gave them a diagnosis. No, there was no mention of chlamydia or a potential diagnosis. I don't even have words.
