They offer a wide variety of care but it's ALL useless. These people here do not care. Lawsuit…read morepending on Dr. Tony Lee for lack of care. Major GI issues have gone ignored by both MR. Lee and Banner GI clinic. He never treats, always sends to someone else. WTF are you doing there then if you refuse to treat??? Do EVERYONE a favor and leave so a REAL PCP can see real patients. Better yet... everyone go to a REAL doctor, not these quacks...

So I became established as a patient last year. About three months ago I started not noticing some…read moreissues. I told them online I'd rather not have to wait three months to see the doctor because I thought that they were fairly significant issues. Nobody called or emailed back. I tried again last week via email. Nobody emailed or called me back Even though the message said I need to be seen as soon as possible because I may have some bleeding internally. . Today I called them and they said that they can't do anything at all for me. They could give me an appointment next week at 7:30 in the morning but I explained that with my work schedule I'm unable to do that (as I explain to her when I first called) but more importantly, that it's likely I have some internal bleeding and I need to see somebody as soon as possible. My primary doctor (Who I had to go to because I had no other choice because I couldn't get into my gastroenterologist) said they didn't want to order anything because it could be a very serious issue so instead she Suggested I see my gastroenterologist as soon as possible. So I called today and explained the situation and the young lady on the phone said that they don't schedule for urgent issues. I would have to go to urgent care or the emergency room just to have somebody order me a test to see if there's blood in my stool - if I'm bleeding internally. But apparently I can't do that because I can't risk getting Covid so they were no help at all. Also I've tried many times to request that they fix my online portal. I can't do anything on there even though I can login. It shows me a blank screen. Nobody ever messages me back on that either. Terrible customer service. Really awful. Now I'll have to go find another gastroenterologist who can actually see me if I have significant issues come up otherwise what the heck is the point? Wasted money and waste of time and now I have a headache and my blood pressure is high too! So upset that they don't care - and made it VERY obvious that they don't care or need me as a patient.

Not as good as it should be. ER doctors aren't their's, they are contracted and separate entities…read more The ER is typical of them..crowded, you get lost in the queue and quality of care is hit or miss. When my Dr went in for an emergency, complicated back problems, top notch (thank goodness) and was admitted to Barrows for surgery with the neurosurgeon highly rated and a concerned doctor giving my daughter a chance...and what an excellent doctor! Still a better hospital than any Banner so I'd recommend them out of that alone, but their rating is in the toilet concerning me.

Don't love this hospital. The nurses we have encountered were amazing.... All of them! Not a single…read morecomplaint. All were attentive and helpful when in need. Nurses aside, the rest of the staff has question marks. Let's start with the gestapo ICE wannabes sitting in the emergency room that ask you what you are doing there and then tell you to go stand in line. They cannot hear a thing behind that stupid glass. Just cover your face like your heroes and get rid of the glass. The doctors all seem concerned on what happened on a test 5 years ago so much more so than a current test result. The high blood pressure from 5 years ago has already been addressed... as you can tell by the current readings. As a visitor, one day I walk in freely and go where I want, no questions asked. The next day a dude runs me down like he's a free safety to tell me he has to check me in and give me a designer paper bracelet to wear. If the free safety is correct, the day 1 staff should be fired for dereliction of duty. Why is it not possible to assume that anybody not in a hospital gown is a visitor? Why is the bracelet necessary? Somebody got paid to come up with this idea.

It had gotten to the point where I couldn't go grocery shopping or stand and make dinner at home without excruciating pain and having to ice my feet. I tried physical therapy, dry, needling, and any other types of things that I was recommended by a different doctor. Finally, I found Dr. Bates and he told me about Shockwave ! therapy. I went for three or four treatments and I have to say that my feet are now pain-free and it's been over a year! I just came back from a trip to Disneyland with my 3 1/2 year-old and we were in the park for 12 hours straight and I barely sat down. My feet didn't hurt at all even though my back did lol thank you so much Dr. Bates and everyone at the office for everything that you've done, I can't say enough seriously it completely changed my life and I'm not exaggerating at all about that! I thought I was going to be in pain for the rest of my life. I'm 55 years old and I was thinking that my life was just gonna be in constant pain. Thank you for changing everything for me!
