I am the mother of a 30-week preemie born via emergency C-section (APGAR 5/7). My baby spent weeks in this NICU and remains under the care of the hospital's High-Risk Clinic. Yesterday, I went to the unit to visit (as I was previously invited to do) and to see if I could get a medical-grade suction bulb. My baby has severe GERD and a high risk of aspiration--she chokes until her eyes are red and milk shoots from her nose. Having the right equipment for her safety is not something to play with. The treatment I received from Nurses HELEN and JESSICA was unprofessional and retaliatory. I have previously reported these nurses for their conduct during my baby's stay. When I arrived, Helen brushed me off and intentionally sent Jessica to the door to confront me. Jessica looked me in the face and said, 'I know who you are.' She then stood there acting as if the supplies were her personal property, condescendingly stating she would give me one 'this time only' and 'reminded' me that they don't provide these once a baby has left. It is deeply disappointing that staff would use a medical necessity to power-trip and settle a personal grudge. To treat a mother this way when she is simply trying to ensure her high-risk baby can breathe safely is unacceptable. ARMC management needs to address the behavior of Helen and Jessica immediately. I finally made it in time for the Farmer's Market held every Wednesday from 8 am to 1:30 pm. I was able to pick up shredded empanadas from King's. My friend loved this tasty meal. Also, I got myself a pitaya (dragon fruit) bowl topped with fresh cut strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, pineapples, bananas, super seeds with raw honey. This was so refreshing on a hot day. I thoroughly enjoyed eating a healthy meal for lunch. Plus, you can try the fresh fruit that they're selling. The strawberries were so sweet and a good size. One basket is $5 but the better value is 3 baskets for $12 which is definitely worth it. read more

Today, I called InService ROI, Inc., and spoke with Christian. I gave her both invoice numbers, and she stated that 45 pages cost $54.30. The other account was 42 pages and cost $48.72. I asked why the copies were over a dollar per page. She replied that the attorney would pay for it; I said no. We went back and forth. I stated that I requested the copies but would like the copies to be mailed to an attorney's office. I explained that I will be paying for both copies (mine and for my child, who is a minor), and I want the copies to be mailed to the address I gave. This lady literally cannot do arithmetic at an elementary level, and she cannot comprehend basic English as an English speaker. I have never signed a release for Arrowhead Hospital to share my information with InService ROI, Inc., 43055 80th St. West, Lancaster, CA 93536. I have NEVER authorized Arrowhead to give my medical records and my daughter's medical records to this company. This is a clear violation of my HIPAA. Christian comes across as a person with low IQ and have access to patients' complete medical records, this could be a liability. Depending who requested the file the cost is completely differently is illegal. There should be only ONE cost per page. NOT different cost depending who is ordering records. This hospital is AWFUL. It is dirty, grimey, always overwhelmingly stuffed to the brim with homeless people, and endlessly complicated. The only decent part of the hospital is the registration staff, which for the most part have a decent attitude. The security that patrols the hospital have terrible attitudes and lack basic communication skill. As far as the dirtiness I mentioned. The bathrooms are filthy, Urine soaked floors, out of order toilets with fecal matter smeared on the toilet bowl (probably a gift from our "unhoused" friends). In addition to all of that, No paper towels and no soap! The doctors seem very competent, which is reassuring, however the pace at which the hospital moves overall is slow. I think this facility has been overlooked by the county and needs some serious help. In addition if they stopped letting people that should really be at urgent care into the ER it would solve a lot of the issues. This is one of the only trauma centers in the area, if you are bleeding, have massive hemorrhaging, or some other kind of life threatening trauma. This is the hospital to go to, otherwise go to kaiser or some kind of urgent care. read more

I love this hospital, ever since my first visit in 2021, I had just moved to Rialto had the worst abdominal pain. I ended up having to have a pelvic exam and found out what the cure to my issue was. I had been to other ER's for the same thing and was just given a shot of Toradol, but never fully cured. I know this hospital had a 3.5 rating but I think it needs to be higher. My husband had an emergency we went to the ER and he was in excruciating pain and I must say everyone was empathetic, so nice and just really took care of him. Well there was one male nurse who was a dick, but despite him every single nurse and doctor really tried to figure out his pain and were very caring. He ended up having a ruptured Ulcer and they took him into emergency surgery. They took such care, he was there for 6 days and I got to stay with him the whole time. Kuddos to all the nurses and doctors and student nurses at ARMCthe only complaint I might have is the parking sucks!!!! But that's all the level of care is just awesome read more

For a major Hospital where the majority of SB County residents rely on this Hospital is a disappointment to the community. The biggest issue is parking. How is half the lot closed for "valet" parking. It only has someone there from 8a-5p. For the rest of the day it's all wasted parking spots! We came for Labor and Delivery and had to wrap around the lot 10 times wasting 15 minutes looking for a space to park, hounding down other patients that are leaving. I even saw a nurse park there... why are there employees parking in the patient parking spots?! Now the little parking they had has been taken by "valet" parking and employees as well. Completely ridiculous and disappointing service to the community of San Bernardino. read more

This is for the clinic in the medical office building and the lab. The clinic itself I would definitely rate higher as they are pretty efficient and all of the office staff is respectful and helpful. I do have a concern though. I guess it is mostly regarding the lab. I had symptoms of a urinary tract infection, and I did two urinalyses. Both of those tests came out negative for an infection. My symptoms started getting worse (Nausea, flank pain) so I decided to go to urgent care, and the urgent care caught the infection in the urine test. It concerns me that a lab at a hospital missed an infection twice, but nearly two weeks later, an urgent care caught the infection with no problem. That should not happen, and the infection didn't develop after the fact. The lab missing infections could lead to a serious concern for someone, especially if they are told they were fine. Kidney infections and sepsis are a real possibility. Your body will tell you if something is wrong so listen to it. Even if you had tests already, get another opinion. I don't know if someone in the lab needs to be retrained or what's going on, but y'all need to be aware before someone gets way sicker and ends up in the ED when it is preventable. read more

Appointment today at 1:45 at orthopedic was new doctor that has never seen me even though this was supposed to be my last visit to take off my metal brackets in my mouth that I've been paying for for the last two months. He said he was not aware like a super unprofessional then it gets worst he wants to "try"..... so basically put me an under anesthesia and it might not work. Didn't catch the new doctor's name but basically drove 30 minutes wasted two hours just to schedule an appointment for another two days. He's a ridiculous doctor. I don't even call him doctor. I am a clinician. I start this review making this statement because I want everyone to know that I know standard of care. This hospital lacks that. The only reason I am even giving this hospital 1 star, is because its mandatory and because the doctor who treated my grandfather was decent. In total we were there for 8 hours. The last 4 of those hours were spent waiting on results from testing done. That amount of time is unacceptable. To wait 4 hours on results is not only reckless and careless but also detrimental to the people waiting at their most vulnerable. Dr Peters or Piers (spelling?) a program manager from Arrowhead Regional Medical Center left a voicemail on my phone for a man with the first letter A (not giving the name for privacy just in case), asking him to please call back at 909-580-1120. I called to let them know this is not his phone, I didn't want a patient of theirs not to get whatever information his Dr Peters was trying to contact him with. I held the line, told the woman who answered who abruptly transferred me. I then held again for 12 minutes. When the next woman picked up the phone, I explained why I was calling and she said my phone number is not in their system. I said yes that's what I am saying, Dr Peters misdialed, can you please let your doctor know so she can try to contact A again. The woman was very rude and said it was probably that someone had my phone number before me and it's still in MyChart. I said that's not what it sounds like if you said the phone number is not in your system. Regardless, if program manager Dr Peters has a patient named A whom she left word for today, he will not get the message. I am just trying to do the right thing here. She then says I don't even know a Dr. Peters. I asked if she wanted to hear the voicemail and if so, where can I send it? The woman literally hung up the phone on me then, mid sentence. I'm not a patient here and boy am I glad. That was wild. I really hope A gets whatever he needs from his doctor, Dr Peters. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Specifically the hospital operator JAIME and TONYA or however it's spelt. Dealing with people trying to connect to ANY part of a hospital, means they probably are dealing with something serious. Any parent knows the strict and time limit you have trying to get your child's documents in order for any type of childcare. I called requesting to be referred to pediatrics in order to receive my daughters immunization records and I was hit with attitude & blatant disrespect at 7am, the moment she picked up the call. On top of the fact that one operator told me yesterday Pediatrics opens at 6:30AM, JAIME tells me it opens at 8 and carries such an ill-mannered tone while explaining. I called back multiple times and JAIME AND TONYA, the general hospital operators were extremely rude every single time. EXCEPT FOR LISA! She was warm, quick, and understanding!! I wish I could say ARMC was a good hospital but between their emergency room being OVERCROWDED, the labor and delivery AFTERCARE team being very quick and inattentive and now with the general operators that are the first ones communicating with the public holding such a rude tone, I would never ever refer this hospital. Their ratings speak for themselves. For the Pediatrics department , they too have terrible service. Judgmental, stares, too quick, and not very friendly. The Pediatrics department is ALWAYS booked out for months and just about every first hand employee I come across, whether it be security, receptionists, and or the phone operators, they ALL have attitudes like they didn't chose a customer service job. Move forward with ARMC carefully, as they are a load of bs. Also parking is SHARED with employees so good luck ever being on time to an appointment... You'll be circling that lot for at least an hour unless you show up at 6am... Please take this into consideration at least when thinking of having your child here and continuing with pediatrics. I had a High risk Pregnancy with diabetes, high blood pressure, plus I am 36 years old. I was scheduled for a repeat c section on Feb 13,2026 and a tubule removal. Dr Salimi did my surgery. She was so amazing right from the start. Her energy and attitude made me feel so comfortable and confident everything was going to go well. She delivered my baby girl safe and sound and I had no complications. The whole surgery she made me comfortable. She was also teaching a student that day. I was so impressed by her teaching ability's. She was explaining everything to them really well. She did my entire surgery and then when it came to closing my skin she was teaching how to close up the skin and guiding a student to do so. I felt so confident that my scar will be none existent. She was giving great instructions and really helping boost the students confidence. I didn't even realize till later that Dr salimi is a resident. Thats how good she was. I would 100% recommended her to anyone. They also had music playing in the background and it was my type of music. Made the experience even better. The whole team of nurses and Drs was amazing! The best experience I could have asked for. So much better than my first c section. read more

Today was her follow up appointment and they "couldn't find" her previous xray results so she needs to make another appointment so they can retake them? Waiting time is extremely long. Metal chairs are very uncomfortable. Do not offer any food for patients I went in at 2:45 in the morning. They got my vitals around 3 am and my financial situation. I have insurance.after that it was take a seat and we will call you. Vitals again 2 hours later, take a seat and we call you. 2 hours later ,take vitals and take a seat we call you. For 14 hours in the emergency room, they did not offer any food and the metal chairs are very uncomfortable. The time there never saw a doctor. Kept our area nice and clean and also kept us both very informed & was very attentive (I would recommend). I also wanted to add that Michelle (baby nurse) was the absolute best! This facility is going downhill. I recently visited my family member at Arrowhead and my family was in the surgical intensive care unit on the second floor. My aunt and I visited a few times at night and every time we went there was a male and female nurse sitting at the computers on their laptops together for hours. I was in disbelief because they didn't appear to be taking care of their patients at all. I overheard another nurse call their names. I think they said Katelyn and Moe. Not sure what is going on in this unit but patient care is not it. These nurses looked like they were doing school work and it concerns me for the care that the patients are getting in the surgical intensive care unit at Arrowhead. I hope the managers are not aware of this lazy behavior because it is not professional at all. I wonder if these nurses would care for their own families this way. They seemed too interested in each other than their patients. What a disgrace. These nurses should be fired and don't deserve to be taking care of patients. Once I was seen by my provider on the floor I was immediately without no test done placed on diabetic status meaning blood sugar checks, insulin medication, two different types and third diabetic oral medication. I was taken to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center ED on 8/30, by ambulance because of a medical emergency I was experiencing while driving. I want to say thank you to all the staff in the ED. Everyone had a caring and concerned disposition. The provider came right in to see me, assessed me, and put in orders immediately. My nurses for the evening, Natalie and Aman treated me very well. They checked on me frequently to make sure I was comfortable. It was a scary experience but Arrowhead acted swiftly to make sure I was stable. Please keep doing the great work you do! I got a confirmation call for an appointment and I was busy at work so I told them I'd call back because they were asking me questions I didn't have time for because I was at work. They cancelled my appointment. I waited 2 months for this appointment (which is suppose to be over the phone & just to go over labs). Now they're telling me they can't reschedule me due to the July scheduling not being out. The lady told me to look at my lab results on my chart. Uh, yea, I did but I'm not a doctor, idk what half this stuff means! So now my labs that were done in early MARCH will be gone over in July. Be for real. Never fails the call center is NEVER helpful. LABOR & DELIVERY - KAYLA M WITCIK : I want to give a big thank you to OBGYN Kayla who provides services at Rialto Clinica Medical Familiar in Rialto; Hospital is Arrowhead where she also takes care of patients and delivers wonderful babies. She took care of me and provided the upmost support and knowledge during my journey. Not only is she a wonderful person, she's a wonderful OB. As a first time mom I had a lot of questions, concerns, and was even iffy about certain things but she is so patient and she would answer my questions or made sure I was comfortable. She made sure to run test that were necessary to make sure everything was going smooth throughout my pregnancy. She went above and beyond. Giving that it's my first pregnancy I just want to say she is wonderful and I had a very good/excellent experience. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. If god blesses me with more babies I am following her: guaranteed. Not only did she give me a good experience but she was able to deliver my baby and guide me through it- I will leave a picture here.
