I have received amazing one on one care from all the staff. They go out of their way to help you with your immediate needs. I was recently hospitalized for high blood sugar and they immediately provided a health care plan that in two weeks cut my sugar level in half! I'm on the mend for sure! I have hope! We came to this clinic as a walk-in for immigration health exams on Tuesday at 4 PM. The staff said they were too busy that day and that we would have to wait 2-3 hours, so we decided to come back on Wednesday. On Wednesday, we waited about 1.5 hours for the administrative staff to review our documents. After the review, they informed us that some vaccines were missing and wrote them down for us. We went to CVS right away to get all the required shots. When we returned on Thursday with the updated vaccination record, another staff member told me I still needed an additional HBV shot -- that vaccine was not listed in the note the previous day. This experience has been extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. We visited the clinic three times, simply because the staff were not properly trained or informed about their own process. read more

Tried reaching out per Jennifer's request nobody has returned my phone call. It's not about the "controlled substance" it was one pill which the office has prescribed to me before for an upcoming appointment I had. It's the rudeness of staff at that location and unprofessional conduct like leaving me on hold until they closed at 8pm then the phone disconnected, it's the girl saying my appointment was at this time when in fact it wasn't and she said they cancelled it but when I called back and talked to a younger gentleman he confirmed my appointment time was correct and said that someone will be calling me. It's the unprofessional PA you have working there who consistently talks over the patient and wants his voice to be heard over what the patient is going through. So much more than what you called a controlled substance it's how I felt be talked at and being left on hold until 8pm!!! read more

Where do I begin, I care for my disabled terminal ill brother. We have been going to this clinic for a few months. The last couple times we saw Dr. Eric he was great we were very pleased. My problem being is I have trouble getting my brothers medication filled and when I call the clinic they tell me to call around to see who has it and call them back so they can send it, the pharmacy will not do that. Long story sort.. yesterday I called on and off all day trying to get this resolved and was told something different every time and was also disrespected. Today when I called I was told my brother would half to see the doctor on the 11th, he has been out of his pain meds since Sunday. Again he is a terminal cancer patient and needs this meds. Oh and with no explanation at all Dr. Eric pulled his pain med prescription from Walmart without even noticing us. I am beyond pissed and considering reaching out to the ADA and consumer report. read more

One of the worst clinics i ever been first off there was blood all over the bed and floor the room was extremely hot the doctor act like she didn't see it ,then they give me a prescription that i have to go looking around for that no one has then i come to the clinic and front desk girl Natalia give me attitude and the guy over the phone to find out they sell it here for $60 make no since highly don't recommend this place read more

I was seen by Samantha PA this am and got excellent care . I have numerous allergies and I was very aware that she had read my history and would not prescribe something unsafe for me . I found her very kind thoughtful and super smart . I enjoyed the interaction I had with her and knew my care was very appropriate . I am a retired RN so I am acutely aware of what excellent care is . She fit the bill and her medical assistant was also very good . I have to say their ad on the internet had a picture of the building Total Care and made it look like they were closed. Lucky for me they weren't ! read more

Went in to get my ears checked and was denied heath care services because they are my primary and will need an appointment. I thought it says Urgent care on the door, but I was denied healthcare services. Not a good impression of this place. read more

The provider with whom I spoke today (David) was thorough, had great bedside manner, provided excellent patient education, and made sure he touched on all my needs (i.e., refills and initiating prior authorization for one of my medications). Mark Grove PA was awesome he thoroughly explained things in a way that I could understand. He was very patient with me. He thoroughly explained how taking certain depressant medication worked to the body and dosages. When I had extra questions he came back in and closed the door and respected my privacy and sat back down and was patient. I felt very calm with him. I usually feel uneasy and anxious with male doctors because I am a female, but I felt like he cared, listened, and heard me and was there to listen to my feelings and respected me. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Came in here to be helped as patient but that didn't happen... the doctor sent me to the Emergency Room when I was sent from the ER to follow up with a doctor. So I found this place on line thinking it would be great since they take my insurance but they didn't help me at all. I even tried to discuss disability with them because I wasn't able to do my daily duties at work due to the major pain I was having and the doctor said we can talk about that another time to go to the ER. Like WTH??? I was in a wheel chair... this place sucks! Went to a different doctor's office right after and I was put on disability and will be needing surgery. This place didn't do anything for me yet they're sending me a bill when they didn't even help me out. This place is a JOKE! read more

I give this office 2 stars. I went to this urgent care on Monday with severe throat pain, and severe cough and other cold symptoms, I was told I had bronchitis. The care the first day I went was phenomenal and I felt like the doctor (Dr Knight) really listened to how I felt. They prescribed me antibiotics and cough medicine. The cough medicine has not worked and typically you're able to feel the effects of cough medicine within the hour of use, I called today (2 days later) asking for a different stronger cough syrup for my throat pain and cough, and was told by the receptionist it takes 3 days for a cough syrup to work ( which it does not, plus she's not a doctor so why are you giving me medical advice) Secondly, the lady said they couldn't give me something stronger for my throat pain and to see my primary care but my PC doesn't have availability until next week which is why I went to urgent care. Very disappointed. read more
