I rented a piece of equipment from Bens Rentals and had a bad experience with their customer…read moreservice and the equipment. I had the yard man put the equipment on the trailer hitch and he never once asked me if I had ever used this type of equipment or even offer to show me how to use it. It wasn't until I took it back and complained how it worked and then someone else explained how it was to be used. Shouldn't that be told to you when you pick it up? Needless to say I wasn't offered a reduction in the rental fees, just have a nice day. Customer service sucks and I will not rent from them again!! You are not the only rental company in town, evidently customers come first does not exist with Bens Rentals!!

The chair I rented was beautiful and it was delivered on the dot of allotted agreed time.
