I was not present when they dropped them off which was a bad thing. I was able to start one so i proved I knew what I was doing but the other would not light. I explained this to the crooks at Premier and asked for a portion or all of my money back for one of the units. I even showed them pictures of the one bad heater, still nothing. Then they had the nerve to bill me 45 days later for propane used in the two heaters, even though one of them did not work. Their response!!!! "I promise you our people check each heater before delivery to the customer". Nothing else would come out of their mouths... Disturbing!!!
