The third time I got through and was told I would get a call back, nope, never happened. The fourth time I was on hold for 3 hours, connected with a representative, was told she needed to transfer me to "new customer set up" but looped me back to the same prompt system I was on hold with for 3 hours. After being on hold for another hour I was connected to a rep and again transferred to another agent, this time in Canada. I don't live in Canada. She asked me to hold and she will connect me with someone in the USA and guess what....disconnected. I've never in my life had so much trouble trying to give a company money for service.
