    Have had this company for over 22 years. They were bought out by superior propane who in no way is…read more superior. Went a month without heat and hot water. Nobody called back when i asked for a manager 4 times. I was lied to about waiting on a part. Guy showed up then ordered a part. Totally rotten customer service. I am currently sitting outside my property because of propane smell in the house. At 730 they said they would be here within an hour. It's two hours and 10 minutes when they show. No call. Do not go with this company. They used to be fantastic but they are unbelievably bad. I even went on the corporate website and emailed a vp. No response. They have abysmal service and i have the gold service package that i pay big money for yet i have a $700 bill. Beware

So again 2 years delivering here, sends a guy today and not only was he late he didn't not have the right equitment to pressure test my tanks. Tells me a text will come, but not sure when. Call the number and the customer service people (who never know whats going on) says they will have a guy call in "hopefully" 1/2 hour to advise when he thinks he might be here. But they say they have to turn un my furnace. Funny the last dude didn't want to get his boots wet and I went and turned on the furnace. Nothing good to say about this company at all

    Long but worth it I called and scheduled an estimate for…read morework on my bathroom. The Estimator came to the door and knocked. I didn't immediately answer the door, but was a minute or two late. But went out opened the door and the estimator was running across the street. I said "Hi, I'm here." He jumped in his truck looked at me, and sat in his truck for about five minutes. I called him and he said I wasn't at the building as I stared at him and waved my arms in the air saying "I'm right here," and he said "he didn't have time to waste in his busy schedule," and drove off. I called the front desk to explain the strange behavior of their estimator Mike. and was told he had an hour to bid the job and didn't have anywhere else to be right at that moment. Fast forward five months and I call again to have an estimator come out, this time for Mini Split Heat Pumps. I spoke to the very professional lady at the front desk who told me it would be a two weeks to hear back from an estimator. I never heard back for three months. So I called again explaining I had never received a call back so she told me she would put it on the list. I called back three more times in two weeks because no one had called me back. The third time she put me immediately through to their main estimator, Good Ol' Mike. I said "hi my name is Evan." Mike Said "I know who you are and I'm never coming back to your house. You were late for our estimate the first time and I'm never coming back." He then told me that I told him that the reason I was late was because I was sick. I told him I never said that and never was sick. I've never had Covid, I just didn't answer the door immediately and you (Mike) ran away. He told me I was lieing and that "Mr. Godbout would back him up" and reiterated he would never step foot in my house. I told him don't worry about it and to have a good life. I don't know what is wrong with him. I don't know what he could reasonably have against me. But he just wasted many months of my life waiting to hear back from him for an estimate. It's clear now that he saw my address and didn't get back to me about my estimate initially because he holds some weird grudge against me. Honestly Ill never be using Godbout again because this guy is their point of contact for estimates and he is clearly unstable and I can't imagine why anyone would keep him as an employee. Everyone else I've ever spoken to there has been fine but Mike the Estimator is struggling with something.

We did NOT have a good experience. Their communication skills were a -10. They replaced our system with one that has a filter somewhere up in the attic rather than in the hallway ceiling where the old one was. They never informed us until they had to return because they left us with no paperwork and when I asked about filters. They had to return 3 times as we needed instructions that we were not given. I asked about heat pumps while they were here and was told our system did not accommodate them. Never were we asked if we wanted heat pumps before I enquired. Then recently on of the contractors I had fiving me estimates to put in heat pumps asked why they were not put in with the air conditioner unit was installed. He could not believe it was not discussed with us at the beginning of the project. I recently lost my husband and feel we were very much taken advantage of. I plan to consult a lawyer. I do not recommend this company at all. A representative came by and while very nice all he offered was an aplogy and informed me to have the unit fixed to use the existing would cut down on efficiency and air quality. He also told me I needed to replace the filtwr every six months which no one bothered to tell me at installation. He did offer to give me an estimate for the pumps but there is no way anyone from Haley's is working in anything in my home. His parting comment was that I signed the contract so that was that. I am hoping the court will award me the extra $5000 that this is going to cost me now. Boo on Haleys.
