This created a clear roadmap for the project, helped us select items that complemented one another, and documented every choice along the way. This redesign was enormously helpful for my husband who had difficulty walking and going up and down stairs. They also redid the steps from the house towards the lake and added some additional features that made the lakeside of the house look more attractive. The man who laid the new pavers did an excellent job as did the others workers who helped lay new stone to replace the railroad ties. They were friendly, helpful and very hard working. Since I was going to have some plumbing work done, I went for the shower/tub mixing value replacement and a new water heater too. I was in communication with Jenine and scheduled the work. They showed up with the water heater and new shower parts and did the job perfectly. Even turned the water heater so that the front was easier to access.
