My mom and sister got a few old piercings re-opened and a few new ones as well. Staff are great about explaining everything and were super careful about keeping everything clean, lots of hand washing, multiple sets of gloves, everything sealed and opened in front of you. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Tip: just because they only take walk-ins (unless it's a child's appointment) does not mean there is endless availability (especially on the weekends). When we visited they only had one piercer in, and early in the day filled up their queue and had to turn some folks away. So if you're driving a distance or can't come back another time your best bet is to wait for a weekday, or on the weekends arrive when they open and be willing to kill some time around town. Calling ahead probably wouldn't hurt either.

I had no complaints. It's now the end of May and after months of pain and no healing I remove the piercing only to find a CURVED BARBELL. Every piercer knows that it is not recommended nor the industry standard to pierce a daith with a curved barbell. I've removed piercing and will allow it time to heal before I find a piercer with more/better knowledge on such piercings to have it redone. Now that I understand it would never heal with that jewelry I wish I had taken it out months ago and not attempted to nurse a piercing that was done incorrectly. It's been the most painful piercing experience. Save yourself the pain and damage that inappropriate jewelry and uneducated piercers cause and go somewhere else. You'll end up somewhere else getting it fixed anyway. Find a shop that cares about their work. Not one that provides be cheapest service.

In mid-August…read more2023, I got my right and left nostrils pierced along with a helix piercing on my left ear, since there was a 3 piercings for $100 sale. All 3 piercings have healed beautifully! I followed the aftercare instructions to a T. Neither nostril formed an irritation bump, even after I switched the jewelry to hoops. The pain went away after like a week and a half, and after having them for a month I couldn't even feel them anymore. Changing them now is easy. I've accidentally brushed my face a few times, which caused the stud to fall out, but I've always just quickly disinfected the jewelry and wiped the piercing with saline before putting it back in. I don't remember the name of my piercer, but he was very nice and made the entire experience easy. This was not recommended by my piercer, but I've found it super helpful when it comes to healing piercings. On amazon, they have saline solution aftercare swabs (I have the Dr Piercing Aftercare brand ones). I carried those around with me for the entire time my piercings were healing and they made my life SO MUCH EASIER. Anyway. On February 10th, 2024, I came to this studio for their Valentine's Day flash tattoo sale. I got there around 1pm, and they let me know that it'd be a 3-4 hour wait. The girls at the front were so sweet and they had me write my name and phone number on a list so that I wouldn't have to wait at the shop the entire time. I got a call right at 5pm, drove over, did the paperwork and got the tattoos I wanted within the hour! Hailee Roach was my artist. She was awesome. She made the experience super relaxing, and answered all of my questions patiently. She mentioned that she does free touch ups, which is super considerate and I plan on going to her for the tattoos I plan on getting in the future! When I was getting tattooed, I could tell that the people working there genuinely enjoyed each other's company. The artists were talking and laughing together. The vibe is a little intimidating (at least for me) when you first walk in, but the staff is so friendly and I couldn't recommend this place more!

I only have a few tattoos, and usually the ones I have some type of significance. When my grandpa passed a few years ago, I knew I wanted to get something to honor him. He taught me how to drive, owned over 100 cars, and loved driving more than anything, so I figured a car would be a great way to memorialize him. Matty was the artist to bring my idea to life. He designed a mid to late 60's mustang with florals and a silhouette of my grandpa in the driver's seat. I was in love with the design as soon as he unveiled it. Based on the placement I wanted the piece on my arm I had to lay down in an awkward position, but Matty worked quickly and tattooed delicately. I couldn't be any happier with the finished product! As far as the shop is concerned, everyone was super polite. It can be intimidating walking into a tattoo shop, and you can tell they cultivated an environment for all here.
